15 mm cement plaster in 1:6 mix(1 cement:6 course sand) on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix.

Providing and applying of wall putty of 2mm thickness (two or more coats) over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. New work (Two or more coats) over and incl. priming coat with cement primer.

Providing ,Laying, Watering, Compacting with hand roller GSB with agg.size 90 mm granular sub base material finished work to be measured. Including carriage of materials by mechanical transport from source of supply up to site of work all leads, lifts, loading, unloading and stacking charges complete.

Cement concrete flooring 50 mm thick in 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size -crushed) finished with a floating coat of neat cement incl. cement slurry, but excl. the cost of nosing of steps etc. Including all carriages up to site of work complete

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick ply board in false ceilings incl. providing and fixing of ist. Class budloo wooden joists of size 2” x 2” and incl. all necessary nails complete.

Providing and fixing 50 x 50 mm size ist. Class budloo wooden ornamental cornice incl. necessary nails complete.

Providing & fixing 35mm thick paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows & clerestory windows incl. ISI marked black enameled M.S Butt hinges with necessary screws and incl. 4 mm glass pans incl. beadings. I-class kail wood.

Providing and fixing ceramic glazed wall/ floor tiles 300x300mm thickness to be specified by manufactures) of Ist quality conforming of IS: 13755 of NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA, or equivalent make in colour such as white, ivory, Grey, fume red brown laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc compete.

Painting on new wood work with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade. (Two or more coats) incl. priming coat of wood primer.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick (T&G) imported wall paneling/lining over 12 mm thick commercial ply board and two or more coats of melamine polish and all nails complete

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of reqd. shade to give an even shade.New work (Two or more coats) applied @ 3.84 Kgs / 10 Sqm
