Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth work upto a lead of 20mtr(twenty metres) within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation trenches(for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all class fication of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailling and pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is protibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring/strutting, planking,timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material/soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15cm. layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unuseable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condit on & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signal, fixing caution boards crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects within all leads & lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:3:6(1cement:3approved sand:6approved graded stone agg.20mm nominal size)& curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:1.approved sand:6approved graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth:

Providing and laying CC1:5:10 (1cement,5sand,10graded stone agg.40 mm n/s)with 15% plum and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in retaining walls.Breast walls,the size of plum shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per HPPWD specification.

Providing mild steel/tor steel for RCC work including bending binding and placing in p[osition complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Slopping or battering surfaces including folded plastes:Where inclination to horizontal plane does not exceed 30degree within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Stair cases with sloping or stepped soffits excluding landing beams, cantilever, girders and Lintels within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building brick in cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4sand) 1st.class brick within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dry brick /boulder filling round soak pit 2nd class with in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness i/c hinges jump lock jamb, beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm or base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable luge with split and tails to each jamb i/c steel but things 2.5mm thick with guards, lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreetment of the surface as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Pannelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clear storey windows including bright finish black enamel led iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick: 2nd class deodar wood within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade i/c thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dust dirt & other foreign matter within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bond distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaceto give an even shade over and including priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of rerquired shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick antiskid water proof stain and impect resitent resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalent 600x600mmx10mm manufactured or approved shade and colour in flooring treads of steps and landings laid over (12mm thick cement mortar 1:3)(1Cement:3Sand)jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating to back coat of polyster of 5microns over 5 micron premier coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia mtr.with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm over all with 0.60 thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with bot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 miscron premier coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia mtr.with prepainted limper and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter) sand papering and knotting:Readymixed paint brushing wood primer pink within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give even shade including cleaning all dirt, dust and other foreign matters white paint within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
