Materials & labour for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia of by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth lead wire protected by and including 15mm dia GI pipe(light grade), alternate layers of charcoal and salt, including 20 mm bore GI tubing for watering to earth electrode, earth lead connected to test point/ distribution panel /feeder pillar etc as directed including necessary earth work, concrete pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC(1:1:5:3) type A1 cover slab duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar 150mm c/c both way and two numbers lifting handle made of TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), funnel, wire mesh, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-1 and testing on completion including taking out old earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI wire as earth continuity conductor including taking down old unserviceable earth wire compleate all as specified and as directed.

Taking out non clogging centrifugal type pumping set of capacity 3HP to 5 HP with motor of any make from sewage sump form the foundation, decoupling the pump & motor after disconnecting of cable suction and delivery lines & transportation submersible pump & motor to workshop and back for necessary repair & replacement of unserviceable parts, including. bolts, nuts, washers, gaskets etc, duly cleaning and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer & reassembling the same including testing, lowering & commissioning non clogging centrifugal type pumping set complete all as specified and directed. Existing Make:- KIRLOSKAR NB: (i)Sparesshall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of supply only. The labour component involved for replacing spares shall be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted. (ii) Rewinding of motor, if so required, shall be measured & paid separately. (iii) The spares shall be of the existing make or shall be the make of existing spare duly approved by the GE, (iv) Gate pass is mandatory for moving the pump outside defence area. (v) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for minor spares required for the completion of the job. The decission of the GE shall be final and binding in this regard.

Material and labour for re-winding of motor capacity 3HP to 5 HP for centrifugal type pump set with same gauge as per existing and same number of turns of super enamelled solid copper conductor including providing core insulation, heat varnishing, testing complete all as specified and directed. Make of wire for winding:- KEI / Finolex / ICC / Devidayal. Polycab./ HPL.

Supply only“Shaft sleeve” for centrifugal type pumping set of capacity 3HP to 5 HP with motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only “Shaft O-40” for centrifugal type pumping set of capacity 3HP to 5 HP with motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only “Gland” for centrifugal type pumping set of capacity 3HP to 5 HP with motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only,“Bearing” for centrifugal type pumping set of capacity 3HP to 5 HP with motor complete all as specified and directed.
