Application & Finishing with water based Sqm aliphatic acrylic Anti-carbonation coatings (bond by penetration of polymeric binder into the concrete substrate) of approved brand and manufacture at all locations & levels, prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including preparation of surface by filling of pin holes with cement putty, honey-combing with GP-2 mortar, grinding of edges (if required any) etc. complete. Grinding of excess loose materials in grooves of segment joint and filling of putty in these grooves to make the entire span length monolithic. The material should have no electrostatic charge and should be Zero Volatile organic compound (VOC), weatherproof, advanced anti algae and fungal resistant, should have excellent dirt pickup resistance and should be single component, self-priming, foolproof system. The coating should be applied in two top coats over exterior primer coat of approved brand and manufacture, to achieve even shade and colour, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. The rate comprises of all additional expenditure on account of miscellaneous and contingencies, including but not limited to deployment of Hydraulic boom lifts/sky lifts, Air less Spray machine system & safety PPE etc. Total thickness of painting (2- coat) including 1-coat primer should not be less than 250 micron. Note: 1. The entire painting/coating process to be executed through qualified and authorized applicators of the enlisted paint companies. 2. The contractor has to use modern technology of painting i.e. Pneumatic Airless Spray painting [vehicle mounted] along with air concrete surface and the smooth finish for good aesthetic appearance. 3. The contractor has to use boom lifts (JLG type) for working at height. Use of scaffolding and ladders is prohibited. 4. The contractor has to protect the bearings from Anti-carbonation paint materials. All the bearings have to be masked before the start of spray work. 5. Protection of the existing garden, sculpture, model etc. below the viaduct with tarpaulin/plastic sheet. a) Underside of viaduct and outer & inner side of parapet. b) Viaduct, parapet plinth beam underside of station building concourse slab. Providing and fixing of FRP logo of Indian Numbers Railways on outer surafce of parapet at specified locations and heights of Metro viaduct by embossing on 670mm dia and 4mm thick FRP sheet including painting with approved colours, all materials and fixing with 4 no's of 10mm dia and 100mm long stainless steel anchor fastner, all tools and machineries, lead, lift, taxes etc. complete as per approved sample as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & fixing of plastic sheets of minimum Each 125 micron thick for wrapping and protection of complete Horticulture work (garden in between two pier, vertical garden on pier etc.) under Metro viaduct from anti-carbonation paint or anything tenable to fall over the horticulture work during execution of painting work. Agency have to ensure to keep the horticulture work in it's original condition after painting. Rate is inclusive of all the arrangements required for this purpose which are to be arranged by the agency. (Here each means, "per Span"). Total 75006650.32
