Special Eligibility Criteria

   The Tenderer must have supplied same or similar Category Products(with same/equivalent drawing/specification) at least once in preceding 3 financial years (i.e. previous three financial years and up to date the of tender opening in current financial year) to any Railways as on date of opening of tender. Copies of relevant purchase orders or contracts along with proof of supply to be submitted with e-bid in support of their past satisfactory supply performance. It shall not be considered as satisfactory past performance, where the Firms submit PO copies only without attaching corresponding documents of satisfactory supply performance, unless Railway get confirmation of supply against attached PO only. The Railways may check satisfactory past supply performance of the Firm in ireps/imms for supply of tender described item in last 3 financial year .
