Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe / foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead up to 50 m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level. In all type soils/ Saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc. depth up to 1.5m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded 20mm nominal size stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 40mm thick

Providing and fixing 1st quality standard white grey ivory fume red brown light green light blue and other light shades glazed tiles confirming to IS : 13753 & IS 15622 of size 200mm x300mm in wall floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on walls and pillar). Extra for using size above 200x300mm in glazed tiles and for using 400mm x 400mm MAT finished tiles in place of 300mm x300mm size.

Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT finished ceremic tile size 300x300mm confirming to IS : 13755 and IS : 15622 colour such as white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades in floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (including the cost of cement mortar bed 1:4). Extra for using size above 200x300mm in glazed tiles and for using 400mm x 400mm MAT finished tiles in place of 300mm x 300mm size.

Providing and fixing T-iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded with 15x3 mm lugs 10cm long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10 cm of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or with dash fastener or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as require including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing & Fixing of 240/415 V isolator as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked IS:13947-III/conforming to IEC 60947-3, suitable for AC22A utilization catagory, 4KV impulse withstand voltage, true contact indication, Red colour dolly / lever shall have single mould covering over all poles for operation , two position din rail mounting, minimum phase termination capacity of 35sq.mm. , label holding facility , IP 20 contact protection and fitted with existing distribution board / sheet including making connections, testing etc. as required. OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab test reports before execution & All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Providing & Fixing of energy efficient /energy saving IP 20 LED direct retrofit Bulb in existing holder or fixture as required with system lumen efficacy ≥100 lm/Watt output ,pf 0.95 , CRI >70, minimum life time of minimum 25000 Burning Hours with , 70% of intial Lumen maintaned till life ends , CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K /6000°K/6500°K (As per ANSI Bin) , maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of BIS standard and trade mark certificate ( T.C.).
