Dismantling wrought iron (or) mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames n. exc. 1.5 Square metre each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) including cutting holes to facilitate the taking down, inserting hold fast while provision and making good disturbed surfaces in CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 as required, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F PVC wall Panelling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall ueing nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm fixed to wall at approx 900mm centre to centre with gleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including wall section of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 28mm each with PVC sheet of 1.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre fixed with joining for 'J' trim & 'T' Section including hanging of 6mm dia GI(Up to 1200mm length) adjusting level finished to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for false ceiling with aluminum grid work (Size of grid 600x600 mm) with 35 x 25 x 1.5 mm main tee and 25 x 25 x 1.4 mm cross tee and wall angle and suspended with 2mm dia GI wire hooked to roof with needful adjustment bolts at an interval of 1.20 m centre to centre staggered and board with Eco board decorative type size 600 x 600 x 4 mm thick finished with two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on exposed surfaces all as specified and directed

Supply and fix aluminium composite panel sheet of 3 to 4 mm thick as in wall cladding & false ceiling, fixed on aluminium frame work with plastic strips ( double sided sticker) of suitable size of varying thickness of 10mm to 30 mm , applying adhesive over aluminium sections for fixing composite panel and fixed with screws. The joints of panels shall be filled with weather proof sealant, The board shall be stuck with a layer of any colour high intensity reflective grade polymer sticker installed using epoxy adhesive complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Necessary frame work if any will be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for providing 15mm thick superior quality chemically pressure treated edged glued finger jointed rubber wood boarding tongued grooved fixed over rubber wood frame work with rubber wood runner of size 50mm X 15mm fixed at 1200mm C/C horizontally by secret nailing with brass screws duly fixed to wall including provision of designed rubber wood beading to top and bottom termination of wood boarding and finished with two coats of melamine polish over a coat of honey/natural colour wood filler putty etc, including preparation and applying sand paper and finishing to a glossy/mat finish complete all as specified. Make :- RUBCO or equivalent

M&L for precast cement concrete solid block masonry with solid blocks using PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exc. 10cm in width, set in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of PCC block work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) and finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & Two or more coatsof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint havingVOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats Distempering with 1st quality distemper (ready/mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/ltr, of approved manufacturer, of required shade & colour complete as per manufacturer's instructionscomplete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified

S&F sheet glass ordinary quality and Glazing with beads fixed with metal panel pins in square n.exc.0.50sqm in each pane 4 mm thick plain glass on new or old windows/ ventilators incl hacking out old broken glass complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F aluminium alloy wire mesh 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of apeture 1.4mm fixed with aluminium wire staples etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels ,plates etc, including welding,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc of required size, on the to of floor or the side of waist slabwith suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring/hard standing,Path way all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed. at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring any type including battens if any except for ceiling or where not feasible for light/ fan//bell/socket or power and including unscrewing from board, fitting and fixture such as switches,socket, ceiling rose,lamp holder,pendants, bracket and regulator etc and removing material from site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified.

M&L point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS multi strand PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable concealed in and including PVC conduit of 20 mm dia. ISI marked complete with 1.60mm thick pressed steel concealed galvanised terminal boxes and with top cover 3.0 mm thick ISI marked plastic laminated hylum sheet of reqd colour fixed with brass screws and cup washers, complete with all accessories and all as specified including 1.5 Sqmm (FRLS) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly (a)One light /bell /fan point controlled by one switch

Supply and fix in repair metal enclosure distribution board SPN, 8 way 240 volts, with 200 amps rated bus bar, with IP 42 protection and double door, suitable for mounting MCBs, including taking down old MCB/DB, complete all as as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core 6.0 Sqmm (FRLS) copper conductor PVC unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded with copper conductor including PVC conduit (appropriate size) drawn through incl PVC Conduit / concealed and all accessories fixed to wall for sub main connection including 2.5 Sqmm (FRLS) PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor used as a earth wire to common earth and connection to earth dolly all as specified. ( Note :- Two runs of 6.0 sqmm (FRLS) and one run of 4 sqmm (FRLS) copper conductor and PVC Conduit shall be measured as one unit length.)
