Servicing / Maintenance of passenger lifts G+6 (07 Nos of 8 passenger having capacity 544 Kg) (Make- Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Private Limited) by topping up oil in gear box and railing, and greasing all required parts, cleaning of car top and lift pit, electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device installed including checking tightening of all nut bolts electric connection, alingement of rope, greasing as required, also removing of fault as and when occurred by replacing the unserviceable parts like machines, motors, generators, ropes, inverter systems, and controller parts inclusive of printed circuit boards. Sub components inclusive of belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chocks brake shoes, liners, contacts, contactors, relays, coils, push buttons, door operator VVVF drive, car door safety device limit switches, governor, hoist way door locks, indicators, alarm bell, door sensor, ARD, hooter, telephone and other minor mechanical parts including taking out to old U/S parts and fixing of new parts, connecting, testing commissioning and making to lift in serviceable condition in minimum possible time all as specified and directed.

Servicing / Maintenance of passenger lifts G+6 (07 Nos 13 passenger having capacity 884 Kg) (Make- Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Private Limited) by topping up oil in gear box and railing, and greasing all required parts, cleaning of car top and lift pit, electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device installed, on the following points including checking tightening of all nut bolts electric connection, alingement of rope, greasing as required, also removing of fault as and when occurred by replacing the unserviceable parts like machines, motors, generators, ropes, inverter systems, and controller parts to be inclusive of printed circuit boards. Sub components inclusive of belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chocks brake shoes, liners, contacts, contactors, relays, coils, push buttons, door operator VVVF drive, car door safety device limit switches, governor, hoist way door locks, indicators, alarm bell, door sensor, ARD, hooter, telephone and other minor mechanical parts including taking out to old U/S parts and fixing of new parts, connecting, testing commissioning and making to lift in serviceable condition in minimum possible time all as specified and directed.

Servicing/Maintenance of passenger lifts G+4 (03 Nos) for 13 passenger/884 Kg capacity each with travelling speed of 01 meter/sec (Make Kone) by topping up oil in gear box and railing, and greasing all required parts, cleaning of car top and lift pit, electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device installed including checking tightening of all nut bolts electric connection, alingement of rope, greasing as required, also removing of fault as and when occurred by replacing the unserviceable parts like machines, motors, generators, ropes, inverter systems, and controller parts inclusive of printed circuit boards. Sub components inclusive of belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chocks brake shoes, liners, contacts, contactors, relays, coils, push buttons, door operator VVVF drive, car door safety device limit switches, governor, hoist way door locks, indicators, alarm bell, door sensors and other minor mechanical parts including taking out to old U/S parts and fixing of new parts, connecting, testing commissioning and making to lift in serviceable condition in minimum possible time all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 1.00 to 3.00 : - (i) The above Maintenance shall be done through only OEM for BOQ ser item No 1&2 M/S Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd and for BOQ ser item No 3 M/S Kone India (ii) The Contractor will have to submit MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) alongwith the tender, failure which tender will not be opened. (iii) Successful bidder/ contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper duly Notarised, as per specified Performa. (iv) All the spare parts of the Lift shall be purchased from the OEM or his authorised distributor (v) Any spare parts required to be replaced during the period of 11 month in any lift shall be replaced by the contractor within the cost of this item. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (vi) Cost of spare parts which are not specified in BOQ (Sl item No. 1.00 to 2.00) but are necessary for the satisfactory functioning of the lift shall also be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for these items. (vii) Labour charges for dismantling unserviceable parts and fixing of new spare items/ parts shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the items. (viii). The maintenance records for maintenance schedule will be maintained by the Contractor. (ix). The Contractor will maintain lift in good working conditions without breakdown. The tenderer is advised to maintain the rigourous maintenance schedule to avoid any breakdown and send the maintenance personal regularly and also store the spare parts (Spare parts should be as per OEM's specification) so that any breakdown is attended promptly. (x). The Complaint/ breakdown will be attended/rectified within two working days after informing the complaint by the undersigned or his authorised rep. (xi). If contractor failed to rectify the complaint/breakdown within two day then recovery will be done Rs 2000.00 Per day.

Supply and fix in replacement of the car door for opening 1200 mm wide telescopic side opening G+6 lift of Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Private Limited with car header and door formator including 1.2 mm 18 gauge 304 grade stainless steel door panel in moon rock finish lift of Thyssenkrupp with header and door with lock complete functional accessories including infrared door curtain sensor/detector consisting of the emitter and receiver, power supply box, flexible cables, relay output 1A, 230 VAC/2A , 30 VDC, operating temperature 20 degree to 85 degree, 154 beams, response time 61 ms, high beam 1860mm, lowest beam 25mm and protection distance 0 to 5 metres including necessary accessories for fixing sensors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of landing door 1200mm side opening automatic G+6 1.2mm 18 gague 304 grade stainless steel door panel in moon rock finish lift of Thyssenkrupp with header and door with lock complete formator including functional accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA ,all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB TPN 40 Amps all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of lift cabin fan 300 mm sweep for lift room all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of round recess mounted LED light with aluminiun housing finished in premium white powder coating of 3 watt suitable for inside lift all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Battery maintenance free 12 Volt, 18 AH,suitable for lifts ARD all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

Supply and fix in replacement of LED bulb 10 watt suitable for holder inside lift hoist way all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.
