Providing and fixing sealout grid framing at 600 mm c/c both direction with cross tee ( 42 mm x 15 mm ) and main tee (45 x 15 mm) and wall angle 20mmx 20 mm) at pheriphery of wall hanging this frame work with GI angles (20mm x 20mm ) with screws and fasterners, placing 6000 mm x 600mm gypsum plaster board tiles 9 mm thick with poly eurothin coating water proof etc. complete. As directed by Engineer incharge .

Providing and fixing in position Gypsum board false ceiling with 12.5 mm thick Gypsum boards, screwed/fixed to the under structure of suspended G.I. Grid constructed and suspended from the main ceiling consisting of ceiling sections of size 25 x 50 mm maximum center to center distance of 600 milimetre perimeter channel and intermediate channels at maximum center to center distance 1200 milimetre galvanized grid should be fixed to reinforced cement concrete slab. The gypsum board should be fixed to galvanized iron grid with necessary screws. The boards should be taped and filled from underside to give smooth, seamless ceiling. The rate should include necessary additional ceiling sections and intermediate channels. Additional intermediate channels should be fixed to strap hangers for additional support to prevent strapping at every 1200 milimetre item to be completed in all respect including necessary sleeves for ducts finishing of joints cut outs, painting including labour, material, lifts etc. all complete.

Removing doors and windows with frames and stacking the materials as directed with all leads, lifts etc. complete.

Providing and fixing plywood door frame with all sides 18mm MR garde plywood on exisiting frame work including 1.0 mm thick RICH WALNUT/ or as approved shade greenlam laminate, plain teak wood bidding, including fevical, termisal spray, screws nails, all required teak wood bidding with lacquer polishing, labour charges etc. complete. As per drawing and directed by Engineer - in -charge.

Repairing a flush door with removing the existing 1 mm thick laminate both sides and cleaning the surfce, also providing & fixing the new 6 mm thick M.R. grade plywood on both side, 1.5'x 1' glass 5mm thick both panel, 1.0 mm thick RICH WALNUT/ or as approved shade greenlam laminate, plain teak wood, S.S. hinges, S. S. tower bolt, bidding, Aldrop chromium plated, including fevical, termisal spray, screws nails, all required teak wood bidding with lacquer polishing, labour charges etc. complete. As directed by Engineer - in -charge

Providing and fixing 3" thick Plywood partition with 8 mm ply on both sides including frame work of 18 mm ply of width 3" as shown in drawing , 5mm thick itching/ frosted glass fixed galss , RICH WALNUT/ or as approved shade 1mm thick greenlam SF laminate on both sides , polishing to the biddings , Fevical , termisal spray, screws, nails, labour charges etc. complete. As per drawing as directed by Engineer incharge.

Providing and applying putty to old plastered surfaces in two coats to receive approved paint in all positions including all materials,labour scaffolding and curing etc. complete.

Providing and applying priming coat on concrete/ masonary/ Asbestos Cement plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required etc. complete.

Providing and applying plastic emulsion paint of approved quality, colour and shade to old and new surfaces in two coats including scaffolding, preparing the surface. (excluding the primer coat)etc. complete.

Providing and fixing floor spring capacity above 70 kg by cutting floor and redoing it for door panels Golden / Renox / Enox / Ozone make etc. complete . As directed by Engineer incharge.
