SCHEDULE "A" PART-I (E/M WORKS)

Comprehensive annual maintenance (AMC) of the following Laundry equipments consisting of opening, inspecting all mechanical/ electrical / electronic circuit connections, oiling greasing & alignment of inner gasket shaft pulley contact set, incl cleaning the drain system and replacing all the worn out spare parts as per the manufacturers instructions, nut bolts & washers and re-assembling the same to bring it in a working condition and testing complete for smooth functioning of the connected machines of the laundry plant

Washing Machine 18 Kgs capacity - 01 No, (Make ; Electolux).

Washing Machine any type 60 Kgs capacity - 02 Nos, (Make ; Electolux).

Drying Tumbler any type of 30 Kgs - 02 Nos, (Make ; Electolux)

Flat Steam Dryer (Calendering Machine) - 02 Nos (Make Supershine).

Pneumatically cotrolled Cotton Legger press - 02 Nos & Wollen Legger press - 02 Nos. (Make : Supershine)

Heavy duty Iron boxes - 03 Nos.(Make : Deson)

Note for Item No 3.10 to 3.60 (i) The work shall be carried out by OEM of the concerned machine only as per the instructions mentioned in the Particular Specifications. (ii) Item No 3.10 to 3.60 is inclusive under Item No 3.00 and the same also needs to be maintained. (iii) Cost of all the spare required for the smooth functioning of the Laundry Equipments is inclusive in the Rates quoted by the Contractor. (iv) Removal of old unserviceable pipe by cutting / opening of flanges etc and providing new MS Pipe of size 40mm including flanges, welding etc and insulation of the same complete as per the manufacturers Instruction (once during the entire period of operation) is also inclusive in the rates quoted by the contractor.

Note for Item No 4.10 to 4.70 (i) The work shall be carried out by OEM of the concerned machine only as per the instructions mentioned in the Particular Specifications (ii) Item No 4.10 to 4.70 is inclusive under Item No 4.00 and the same also needs to be maintained. (iii) Cost of all the spare required for the smooth functioning of the machine is inclusive in the Rates quoted by the Contractor. Comprehensive annual maintenance (AMC) of diesel fired Revomax Steam Boiler capable of generating 600 Kg/Hr (Make Thermax and Model No RXA-06) consisting of opening, inspecting all mechanical/ electrical / electronic circuit connections, oiling greasing & alignment of inner gasket shaft pulley contact set, cleaning the drain system and replacing the worn out spare parts as per the manufacturers instructions, nut bolts & washers and re-assembling the same and testing complete for smooth functioning of the steam Boiler complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (i) The work shall be carried out by OEM only as per the Manufacturer's instructions only. (ii) Cost of all the spare required for the smooth functioning of the machine is inclusive in the Rates quoted by the Contractor. (iii) De-scaling of steam boiler, Cleaning of boiler economiser & de-carbonising of tubes (All on Qtly basis) with high pressure descaling / decarbonising pump (with necessary T&P arrangement) usng suitable chemicals as per the manufacturer Instructions as approved by the GE Is also inclusive in the rates.

Comprehensive annual maintenance (AMC) of Electric operated steam boiler, capacity 50 kg/Hr (Make- Thermax / Ramson) consisting of opening, inspecting all mechanical/ electrical / electronic circuit connections, oiling greasing & alignment of inner gasket shaft pulley contact set, cleaning the drain system and replacing the worn out spare parts, attending breakdown as per the manufacturers instructions, nut bolts & washers and re-assembling the same and testing complete for smooth functioning of the steam Boiler complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (i) The work shall be carried out by OEM only as per the Manufacturer's instructions only. (ii) Cost of all the spare required for the smooth functioning of the machine is inclusive in the Rates quoted by the Contractor. Preparing Old steel sufaces of any description of oil Fired Incinerator as in Item No 7 above and applying two coats of heat resistant paint of shade approved by the GE complete all as specified & directed by the Eng-in-Charge.
