Supplying and filling of Gravel / Good Earth by lorry in Foundation basement filling and site filling with approved materials excavation from approved quarries and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-1, 300-2 of MORTH, in layers not exceeding 250 mm loose thickness, spreading, breaking clods, removal of roots and other organic materials to the required line, grade and cross-section including watering, spreading by Dozer, grading by motor grader and consolidation by vibratory road roller with desired field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density ,including all lead,lift, loading, unloading, all labour, hire charges of all machineries, Transportation, etc., complete in accordance with MORTH technical specification clause No. 305 and with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. Supplying and Filling with M - sand in foundation and others sub structures for 100mm thick and well watered, rammed and consolidated by power compacter. The rate includes the cost of M sand, compacting with mechanical compactors, labour charges for leveling, loading & Unloading and Transportation charges etc., complete and as per the standard specification.

Construction of Wet Mix Macadam 250mm compacted thickness in two layers by providing , laying , Paving , and compacting of aggregate gradation satisfying to Table 400-13 of MORTH and satisfying the physical paraeteres as per MORTH Table 400-12, mixing in a Wet Mix Plant of 200 tonne capacity at OMC , carriage of mied material to work site and laid in sensor pavers to the required line and grade as per the drawing and compacted with vibratory roller of 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% of Maximum dry density and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge of work.

Providing and construction of Dry Lean Concrete Base course of 150 mm compacted thickness over a prepared sub base with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383 as per table 600-1 of MORTH specification produced in a batching plant and conveyed in tippers to the laying site with a moisture content as per the design mix and laid with mechanised paver finisher and compacted with a 8-10 tonne vibratory roller to the requisite grade and levels as specified in drawings with adequate curing by covering the surface with hessen cloth and keeping it wet for 7 days. The design mix shall be such that the average compressive strength of each consequetive group of 5 concrete cubes shall not be less than 7Mpa at 7 days. In addition the compressive strength of any individual concrete cube shall not be less tha 5.5 Mpa at 7 days. The concrete mix shall be proportioned with a maximum aggregate cement ratio of 14:1 where OPC is used and 12:1 where PPC or PSC is used. The minimum cement content shall not be less than 140 Kg/Cum of concrete. The rate shall include for all incidentals as specified in clause 601.12 of MORTH

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.30 m height with all cross bracing for plane surfaces as detailed below, using mild steel sheets of 90 X 60 cm 10 gauge stiffened with MS angle of 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding, laid over adjustable span & jacks and supported by 50mm dia pipes for general pipes scaffolding systems @ a spacing of 1.20m c/c and vertical connected at a height of 2.0m c/c including 'C' & 'U' clamps and base receiver cup at bottom for connecting pipes etc and removable systems etc., the rate including cost of all materials, labour charges, wastages, placing, transportation, lead & lifts, tools & plants, fuels, fixing in position at all levels, heights, masking tape in sheet joints, consumables, etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
