Mechanical Part Suction Side :
ELECTRIC MOTOR DRIVEN CENTRIFUGAL PUMPSET: The pump should be Horizontal axially split casing type with CI impeller with required discharge range in LPS, head range in Metre and to be coupled with TEFC squirrel cage induction motor having temperature rise limited to B class and temperature rise of winding to F class of insulation to be connected to power source 400 / 440 Volts, 3 phase, 50 cycle complete with Automatic Star Delta type starter panel with protection against under voltage, overload etc. and both the motor and pump to be mounted on same best quality MS frame. Centrifugal Pump Set Model No : UP 100/35 (KBL MAKE) or equivalent make/model with 25/ 30/ 40 LPS minimum discharge at 35/ 30/ 25 Mtrs Head coupled with 20 HP 4 pole induction motor. (Rate of pump set is inclusive of all accessories like Starter Panel, Base Frame, Coupling, Coupling guard, Foundation Nuts & Bolts, etc.)
Installation of Pump Set : The job includes necessary transportation of pump set and all required accessories to the site and its installation on Barge/ Pump House (whatever the case may be) in proper position with accurate alignment by means of welding, etc. /foundation nuts and bolts, etc. (depending on whether the pump set is to be installed on Barge or Pump House; any civil works will be measured as extra) along with all required electrical connection (necessary electric cable/ wire, etc. will be measured as extra) for the work including testing & commissioning at site at full load condition complete with all works as directed.
CI Foot Valve: Heavy Duty CI Foot Valve, Flange type, the holes of the flange should be drilled as per BSS No. 10, Part-1, Table-D. The materials of construction and all components of the Foot Valve should strictly conform to IS : 10805 - 1986 and having marked with manufacturer’s name and trade mark. Size : 200 mm dia.

M.S/ G.I Pipes (or whichever required as per practical site condition) of different length, fabricated M.S/ G.I. pipes of different length, fabricated Bends, Tappers, Reducers/ Enlargers including Foot Valves, etc. for Suction Side (of all Pump Sets) & Pipe Jointing Manifolds, etc. for delivery side of all Pump Sets with 125/150/200/250/300 mm dia. (or whichever required as per practical site condition) M.S/ G.I. pipes of different length, fabricated M.S/ G.I. pipes of different length, Flexible Rubber Hose Pipes (if required), Bends, etc. as would be required for the job as per drawing complete & as directed including successful testing & trial run at full load condition. Installation of Air Valve, Pressure Relief Valve, Mechanism for building of requisite pressure, etc. is also within the scope of job. (b) All the joints should be made with the best quality Pipe Joining Sets of required size comprising of 60 mm thick Black Moulded Rubber Gasket, necessary Nuts, Bolts and Washer, etc. (c) Every joints should be air and water tight in suction & delivery sides.The pipes lines along with all accessories must be coated with proper painting wherever necessary.
