M&L for Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with using 8 to 12 tonne power roller incl filling (if required) in hollow & depression, soft spots, etc, which occurs during rolling incl watering as necessary and consolidating to required level, camber and gradient, keeping rolling wheels wet, etc complete all as specified and as directed by- Engineer-in Charge.
M&L for Soling (or sub base) 200 mm thick (spread thickness) with broken boulders (granite or trap or basalt stones) of size range 100mm to 50mm deposited, spread leveled in one layer, inter stices filled, surface formed, rolled and consolidated up to achevied true surface and required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed by- Engineer-in Charge.
M&L for Wet mix macadam (WMM) for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) laid in two layers of 75mm each grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH (Ministry of Road Transport & Highways) specification of Road and Bridge Works 2013 Manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with waterto a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating required gradient and camber. The finished surface tolerance to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and as directed by- Engineer-in Charge.
M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with VG-10 grade bituminous primer @10 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen after necessary preparation of WMM by brushing with wire brush for removing caked, mud, etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt, etc complete all as specified and as directed by- Engineer-in Charge.
M&L for premix bituminous macadam using VG-10 grade bitumen laid/rolled and compacted by 8 to 12 tonne power rolled upto remove all voids and achevied true surface to required gradient and camber with 4% bituminous binder Content by weight of total mix, complete all as specified and as directed by- Engineer-in Charge.
M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with VG-10 grade bituminous primer @ 05 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen after necessary preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked, mud, etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the clear surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt, etc complete all as specified and as directed by- Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete carpet 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using VG-10 on mechanical hot mixed plant and laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller upto remove complete voids and achieved true surface to required compaction, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.
Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed by- Engineer-in Charge. Model : DA 952 of DARK EYE or equivalent as approved by GE Make : DARK EYE/GINNEBOY/YASH
Supply and fix cat eye (Futurevista make or equivalent) made of non breakable ploycarbonate with electonically welded primatic retro reflective lens on centre for maximum retroreflection in wet and dry conditions, with dust proof body (i.e no dust accuulation on lens) and space built for finger grip, bitumin adhesive B1-69 shall be used for fixing the cat eyes complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix FRP cable looping box of size 280x170x130mm with connector block 4 Way , including provision for 1 No. MCB SP 6 Amp, copper shorting strips etc including suitable stainless steel gland, including provision for connecting earth continuity conductor etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : Cable insulation should with stand till temp -35 degree Centigrade
S&F GI Bracket made out of 40 mm dia medium grade GI tube 1.5 m long bend to shape 115 degree off set shape, fixed with 2 Nos of suitable MS Flat clamps of size 40x6 mm with necessary nut bolts & washers and applying two coats of aluminum enameled paint over one coat of zinc oxide primer for clamp, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
Supply, fixing and testing of Automatic Street Light Control Switch with panel complete with :- (a) Infrared senser based 01 nature switch for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should based on natural light lux level required illuminance level for switching "ON" is less or equal to 30 lux and for switching "OFF" is 10 lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of minimum 04 hrs to maximum 12 hrs - 01 No. Make of Sensor - Kakatiya Energy System/Bajaj/Healer. (b) Power Contactor single phase, 230 Volts, 40 Amps capacity cnforming to IEC-60947-4-1, 03 Nos. Make - BCH/L&T/Schneider (c) The sensor along with suitable Power Contactor and Incoming/outgoing MCBs shuold be enclosed in a pole/ wall mounted rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade thermoplastic polycorbonate enclosure ( with hinged lid) conforming to IP-66 production class-II of suitable size to accommodate all panels accessories- 01 Job. (d) MCB TPN 40 Amps, B- curve, conforming to IEC-60898/IS-8828-02 Nos.
(e) All Control cables wiring inside the panel should be of copper conductor, multistranded, PVC insulated, FRLS, 1100 Volts grade of size 10 sqmm, single core followed by colour coding and lugs/thimbles.
(f) All equipments should be mounted on suitable size insulator. Make of complete Panel : Healer Enterprises, Model No Swadeep-66-5KW1P or equvlt in Bajaj/Healer Note : Rate should be incl taking down Existing street Control switch.
Supply & laying/passing through pipes cable PVC insulated & PVC unsheathed 650 / 1100 Volt Grade As per IS 694 multistranded copper conductor of size 3 single core 1.5 Sqmm for interconnection of cable looping box to street light fitting/post top lantern /security light etc in and including PVC conduit 19 mm internal dia, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & installation of silent CPCB-IV approved 10 KVA NTP Diesel Generating Set having diesel engine Liquid cooled, Electric start, four stroke, cold starting, TCI Aspirated, compression ignition, totally enclosed diesel engine with electronic governor , direct coupled with 10 KVA Three Phase alternator at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor, providing Three Phase 415Volts suitable for 50 Hz, H class insulated winding, Close-direct-coupled, Self-excited and self-regulated type, screen protected, mounted on rigid MS sheet channel base-frame. The alternator shall confirm to IS: 13364, IS: 4722, BS5000, IEC: 34 and suitable for tropical condition having fitted inside Canopy, fabricated out of 1.6 mm CRCA Sheet, cubical type, totally enclosed, Powder Coated, Control Panel and all accessories in- housed in a acoustic enclosure sound proof canopy. Make: Cummins/ Kirloskar Green/ Powerol Mahindra & Mahindra/ Crompton Greaves.
(B) Diesel Engine: - Adquate capacity of Diesel engine as accepted by the accepting officer based on manufacturers technical details water cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexiable coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS - 5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for half an hour in 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under:-
i) Fly wheel with housing
ii) Cooling system :- Moulded radiator with fan & belts.
iii) Cooling Water pump : - Centrifugal type belt driven.
iv) Exhaust System :- Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping of 150mm dia with MS pipe light grade upto & outside and 1.0 meter away from the enclosure, covered with asbestos rope and aluminium foil of complete with in the enclosure for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclousre.

xi) Safety Controls : - Engine low lube oil pressure high water temparature and over speeding of engine.

xiii) Accessories :- AVM Pads built or separtely mounted to manufactrer base frames.
xiv) Base Frame : - Made out of ISMC 250 of sturdy design made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement and predetermined holes.
xv) MS pipe line to and from the fuel tank to the DG Set.
F) Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 10 KVA, net output at site as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self exicited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with widing in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of + 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be inposition to generate supply with frequecy regulation with in + 1% tolerace. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS - 2613/5000/ IS - 4722.
i) Insulation class - 'H'
ii) Temprature rise Class - 'H'

iv) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with + 1%, manual voltage adjustment within + 5% .

G). Civil Works :-
All civil works including PCC platform and concerened shed as per manufacture's design also 30 cm above the ground. The depth of the foundation and PCC as recommended by the manufacturer.
H) Rubber Matting of LV grade 19mm thick of suitable size chequred type ISI marked to be laid in front of control panel should be provided.
Note:- The contractor shall arrange for artificial load for testing for final testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in unit rate quoted.
J) Accoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 10 KVA DG Set.
(i) NAL approved as per CPCB
(ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board.
(iii) The generating set batteries and control panel should be inside the enclosure.
(iv) Fuel tank should be out side the enclosure
v) The accoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit.
vi) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable inlsulated plat form.
vii) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button.
viii) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by suitable capacity of LED fittings.
xi) The noise level should be 75 db at 1m under free field conditions.
xii) The accoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treat ment process. The powder coating shade should be Genset Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade.
xiii) Fuel tank as per manufacturer recommendation with inlet and outler connections and fuel level indicator.
xiv) Base frame made out of suitable MS channel duly reinforced and provided with adequate numbers of anti-vibration pads to ensure minimum vibration as recommended by manufacturer.
NOTES : -
(i) The Generator set prime mover will produce at least 11 BHP on 10 KVA.
(ii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cable and terminations form Generator to the AMF Panel, with necessary holes to wall including making good to distrubed surfaces so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified and directed.
(iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first filling of lubricant oil.
(iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site including of half an hour on 10% overhead in presence of representative detailed by accepting Officer; including FOL, all arrangements shall be made by the contractor for tests.
M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connecting to the galvanised iron strip 32×6mm by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and galvanised iron strip protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore including provision of concrete pit made from PCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with 40mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with XPM (Weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm and handle of 6 mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom, 1.50 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt & charcoal filling, with fixing arrangement , funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil , returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to MCB DB’s earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
M&L for sub main wiring with 2 run of 1.5 sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable with and including 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire conneced with thimble from main DB to sub main DB, drawn in to separate, ISI Marked, on metallic PVC conduit 20m dia size including all conduit accessories cover etc with and including cutting chasing and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor/ceiling etc as original by brick work, plaseting, white plastering, OBD etc as required complete all as specified and directed.
S&F LED post top lanterna 40 Watt with die cast aluminum housing and polycarbonate opal diffuser and IP protection and including making all electric connection, complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.
M&L for GI tube light grade, Galvanised iron pipe of 20 mm dia size light grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
