Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards /slabs / blankets, any thickness, including hangers & cover fillets/frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of aluminium partition / windows of any size and any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding concrete / leveling course over slabs, finished fair to receive screed bed and water proofing treatment, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM(1:4) over roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for roof treatment as follows:- (a) Applying one coat of SBR latex based bond coat using Latex Plus of Berger or equivalent after mixing with water and cement in ratio of 1:4:7 to improve the bonding between residual and PU coat. Allow to dry bond coat for 4-6 hours before applying PU coat and surface to be cleaned before applying PU coat (b) Applying two coats of single component, cold applied, water based polyurethane modified acrylic dispersion with highly elastic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the roof with HS PU Roofkoat of Berger or Equivalent at 0.6 kg/per Sqm for each coat without dilution confirming to ASTM D 6083-97a (Standard Specification for Liquid Applied Acrylic Coating used In Roofing)Each coat should allow to dry 4-6 hours and sandwiching 40gsm Geo-textile between two coats. Spread 40gsm Geo textile over 1st coat when coat is wet condition The component shall have a density of 1.25 to 1.3kg/per Litre, having tensile strentgh of 1.5N/mm2, having elongation of 350% with solid content not less than 60% in 2 coats . SRI value should be more than 100. the quoted rate shall include surface prepartion,repair the crack in mother slab by chasing with cutting machine and fill the same with polymerized mortar in CM 1:4 admixed with latex agent of reputed manufacture, making coving at Junction, bore packing, treatment of construction joints completely as per manufacurer's specification and direction of the Engineer In Charge. Make: Berger or Equivalent NOTE:- The above treatment shall be got carried out by the authorised applicator of the manufacturer approved by the GE.

Supplying only liquid based water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for false ceiling at any height using integral densified calcium silicate, reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of size 595 mm x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise reduction co-efficient) of minimum 0.5 as per IS 8225 : 1987, Light reflectance of minmum 85%, non-combustible as per BS : 476 (Part - 4), fire performane as per BS : 476 (Part 6 & 7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity < 0.05 W/m K as per ASTM 518 : 1991, fixed in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanised @ 120 grams per square metre on both sides), comprising of main - T runner of size 24 mm x 38 mm of length 3 m, cross - T of size 24 mm x 32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600 mm x 600 mm, Grid suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per square metre) i.e., 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diamter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85 mm x 25 mm x 25 mm x 2 mm. Galvanized iron perimiter wall angle of size 24 mm x 24 mm x 0.4 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre, 40 mm long dry wall stainless steel screws complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down old false ceiling and grid. Note : Ceiling tile shall be of 15 mm thick densified tegular edged light weight calcium silicate of Make Aerolite or techno commercial equivalent.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605mm in ceiling fixed with screw suspended with 6mm dia GI hangers (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size, 60mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions and seamless finish on joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 1mm thick wall care putty on ceiling board complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0,using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in levelling course to receive top floor finish complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles ,area of tile exceeding 0.18 sqm and not exceeding 0.38 sqm, 7 to 8 mm thick, as in flooring etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, for light shade vitrified tiles 8-10 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36, as in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set, pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar in two coats, 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 including mixing approved water proofing compound over 10 mm thick rendering coat in CM 1:6, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.

Taking down carefully cement plaster/spalled out concrete from ceiling of RCC slabs, sunsheds, beams, etc by chipping out lightly including necessary scafolding etc complete all specified and directed.

M&L for fixing 10 mm dia bar and over TMT bars by way of stitching ( welding ot tying with existing reinforcement) incl drilling holes etc & securing ends in walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the existing reinforcement of slabs , chajjas etc & applying a coat of SIKA RUSTOFF 11 to remove the loose rust particles etc & throughly cleaning the surface etc complete all specified and directed.

M&L for applying a coat of bond coat made with cement slurry (1 part cement to 1.5 -2 parts water) mixed with admixture SIKA LATEX POWER mixed @5 Kg per 50 kg of cement & applying to the concrete surfaces @ 200 gm/sqm to obtain tack complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over the bond coat applied surfaces with cement mixed with SIKA PLASTOCRETE SUPER admixture @ 100 gm /50kg of cement & finishing the surface even & rough to receive final rendering coat complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable GI tubing, supply and fixing new 15 mm bore Galvanized Iron tubing, medium grade, with all fittings, such as Tee, elbows, sockets, unions, short pieces and application of bituminous paint in concealed portion, fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid on floors, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: i) Taps, valves in any shall be removed before taking down pipe, ii) Cutting chases for concealed piping shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Dismantling of water tanks of 500 litres capacity from roof top and supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (triple layered) of 500 Litres capacity with ISI mark embossed on it, (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm dia PTMT ball valve with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of water tanks of 1000 litres capacity from roof top and supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (triple layered) of 1000 Litres capacity with ISI mark embossed on it, (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm dia PTMT ball valve with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, Venetian blinds, vertical type, 100 mm wide with polyester fabric of approved colour and pattern with aluminium fittings, and top rail and nylon buttons / loops etc., fixed cuttings and alteration if necessary, including dismantling the old unserviceable venetian blinds complete all as specified and directed. (Price shall not be less than ` 125/- per sq ft)
