FD/ E6/ MAP/ 02 (Rack Shoe Steel) :- (a) Removal of unserviceable size of frame 700 mm x 300 mm of 20 mm dia MS Pipe 18 Guage with 3mm dia Ms Rod and provision of new 20 mm dia MS Pipe 18 gauge with 3mm dia MS rod duly welded with legs/ frame and including two coats synthetic enamel paint black colour over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Removal of old unserviceable Nylon shoes, supply and fix new silicone shoes of superior quality as approved and all as shown on drawings for rack shoe steel

FD/ E6/ MAP/05 (CHAIR CBA SPL WITH HAND REST) :- (a) Replacement of the existing seat of polypropylene co- polymer seat any sort of chair CBA SPL Hand Rest and replacing with new seat colour as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Replacement of existing unserviceable 18/ 19 mm thick prelaminated particle board of size 465mm x 300 mm and supply and fix new 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board both side lamination with matt type as per IS 12823 formaldehyde grade-I , type -II (PLB-12)of size 465mm x 300mm Make- Eco board / century / green ply duly appropriate screws of approved make and shade duly providing 6mm thick TW beading complete all as specified in drawings and as directed.

(c) Continuous welding of legs, 20x20 mm iron pipe support to writing pad of chair CBA Spl With Hand rest all as per drawing duly painting the chair of steel portion with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(d) Removal of unserviceable PVC shoes / Caps of chair CB, CBA SPL with Hand rest and provision of new silicone shoes / Caps as per standard size all as per drawing and as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

SOFA SET 5 SEATER (TP) :- Removal of unserviceable seat and back rexine cloth/ taperstry cloth (180 GSM) and cushion of Sofa set 5 seater and S & F with new cushion 100mm thick of polyurethane foam density 40 Kg/ Cum (40 density) Make of foam Dunlop / sleepwell / kuri-on /coir-foam covered with fabric of acrylic / polyester / polypropylene of rexine cloth / tapestry cloth of approved make / shade duly providing quality all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge

SOFA SET SINGLE SEATER (TP):- Removal of unserviceable seat and back rexine cloth/ taperstry cloth (180 GSM) and cushion of Sofa single seater and S & F with new cushion 100mm thick of polyurethane foam density 40 Kg/ Cum (40 density) Make of foam Dunlop/sleepwell/kuri-on/coir-foam covered with fabric of acrylic/ polyester/ polypropylene of rexine cloth/ tapestry cloth of approved make/shade duly providing quality all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

TABLE OFFICE OFFICER (Special Designs) :- (a) Replacement of old unserviceable locks of tables steel of sorts and S&F with new locks of 04 levers of approved make with duplicate keys complete all as shwon on drawings & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Removal of unserviceable side table drawer of table office officer Spl and provision of new side table drawer made of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board quality all as per drawing and as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) Removing the old unserviceable Table tops, side cabinets and partitions & S&F with new tops, Side Cabinets and partitions made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board both side lamination with matt type as per IS 12823 formaldehyde grade-I, type -II (PLB-12)of size 465mmx 300mm Make- Eco board / century / archid / green ply duly appropriate screws of approved make and shade duly providing 6mm thick TW beading complete all as specified in drawings and as directed of approved make and shade duly providing 6mm thick TW beading complete all as specified in drawings and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

(d) Removing the old unserviceable Table top glass 10mm thickness of size 6'x3' & S&F with new top glass 10 mm thickness of size 6'x3' to fit the table and duly polished ,shaped the glass complete all as specified in drawings and as directed by Engr -in- Charge

Charpoy GI pipe into double bunk (TP ) Removing the existing unserviceable plywood1800 mm x 900 mm, supply and fix new 12mm thick commercial plywood with ISI Mark all as directed and shown on drawings.

Table for Computers off sorts (TP) :- (a) Removing the old unserviceable Table top of any size and up to 1500mm length & S&F with new top made out of 25 mm thick prelaminated particle board of approved make and shade duly providing 6mm thick TW beading complete all as specified in drawings and as directed by Engr -in- Charge.

(b) Removing the old unserviceable Table sides cabinets and partitions off any size 50mm thick Specialy excuted MS Frame and aluminium trim & S&F with new Side Cabinets and partitions made out of 50 mm thick Specialy excuted GI Sections duly powder coated and aluminium trim & 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board of both side lamination with matt type as per IS 12823 formaldehyde grade-I , type -II (PLB-12)of size Make- Eco board/ century/archid/green complete all as specified in drawings and as directed by Engr -in- Charge

(c) Removing the old unserviceable key board tray & connected with telescopic sliding channel off any size & S&F with new Key Board tray made with 25mm thick prelaminated board both side lamination with matt type as per IS 12823 formaldehyde grade-I, type -II (PLB-12) of size Make- Eco board / century/archid/green and connected with telescopic sliding channel make of MG group/ Ebco Company and complete all as specified in drawings and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

FD 1001/ TP, Table conference off sorts (17 persons to 22 Persons) :- (a) Removing the old unserviceable Table top of any size & S&F with new top made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board of both side lamination with matt type as per IS 12823 formaldehyde grade-I , type -II (PLB-12)of size Make- Eco board / century / archid / green ply approved make and shade duly providing 6mm thick TW beading shape to off round and duly polished complete all as specified in drawings and as directed by Engr -in-Charge

(b) Removing the old unserviceable Table conference, front portion, bottom legs and partitions & S&F with front portin and bottom legs and partitions made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board of both side lamination with matt type as per IS 12823 formaldehyde grade-I, type -II (PLB-12)of size Make- Eco board / century / archid / green ply approved make and shade duly providing 6mm thick TW beading shape to off round & polished and provide new PVC buffers/ shoes complete all as specified in drawings and as directed by Engr -in- Charge

Centre table with rubber wood legs with glass top :- (a) Removing the old unserviceble glass top of centre table and S & F new top of glass thick 10 mm x 1200 mmx 450mm duly shaped with glass transparent rubber vacuum sucker hooksand polished and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Dismandling the unserviceable furniture parts for the following and supply & fix with new parts made out of rubber wood all joints to be fixed with Bamboo pins wooden screws where required, after completion of repair scrapping the old polish, filling the cracks, joints and uneven surfaces with wax and applying two coats of french polish to complete item as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Removal of old unserviceable rubber shoe and S&F new hard rubber shoe of superior quality as approved and all as shown on drawings for Centre tables

Peg table with rubber wood legs with glass top (TP) :- (a) Removing the old unserviceble glass top of centre table and S & F new top of glass thick 10 mm x 450 mm x 300mm duly shaped with glass transparent rubber vacuum sucker hooksand polished and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Dismantling the unserviceable furniture parts for the following and supply & fix with new parts made out of rubber wood, all joints to be fixed with Bamboo pins, wooden screws where required, after completion of repairs scrapping the old polish, filling the cracks, joints and uneven surfaces with wax and applying two coats of french polish to complete item as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Easy Chair iron with Cushion (TP):- Removing the existing worn out cloth & Cushion 75 mm thick of seat and back of Easy chair iron with cushion and replacing with new tapestry cloth/rexine and 75 mm thick foam density 40 Kgs/ Cum covered with fabric of acrylic/ polyester/ polypropylene, colour and including two coats synthetic enamel paint black colour over a coat of red oxide primer as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

Writing Chair Iron (TP) : - Removing the existing worn out cloth & Cushion 75 mm thick of seat and back of writing chair iron with cushion and replacing with new tapestry cloth/rexine and 75 mm thick foam density 40 Kgs/ Cum covered with fabric of acrylic/ polyester/ polypropylene, colour and including two coats synthetic enamel paint black colour over a coat of red oxide primer as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

Writing Table Iron pipe with three Drawers (TP) :- (a) Removal of unserviceable drawer of writing table iron r steel and provision of new drawer made of 1mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with MS lock, 4 levers of approved quality all as per drawing and as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Continuous welding 25mm square MS tube to the top base frame joints, leg joints and stiffener joints of table steel of sorts all as per drawing duly painting the affected portion with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) Removal of old unserviceable rubber shoe and S&F new hard rubber shoe of superior quality as approved and all as shown on drawings for steel tables

(d) Removing the old unserviceable Table tops & S&F with new top size 1200 x 600 mm made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board both side lamination with matt type as per IS 12823 formaldehyde grade-I, type-II (PLB-12)of size Make- Eco board / century / archid / green of approved make and shade duly providing 6mm thick TW beading complete all as specified in drawings and as directed

Iron Cot With Plywood (TP) (a) Removing the existing unserviceable plywood, supply and fix new 12mm thick commercial plywood with ISI Mark, comply with IS 303 of 1975 specification MR Grade all as directed and shown on drawings.

(b) Removal of old unserviceable rubber shoe and S&F new hard rubber shoe of superior quality as approved and all as shown on drawings for Iron cot

Iron Cot with Ply wood (TP): Preparation of existing steel surfaces by removing all dents filling with putty & spray painting with machine Two coats of synthetic enamel paint as indicated in drgs & as (in the Furniture Yard, Unit lines & Officer Qtrs) directed by Engineer-in-Charge

FD 58/237/147 (Book Case) :- (a) Removing the existing unserviceable top of board of any size of book Case and S & F new teak Veneered both side plywood 19 mm of size 300 mm x 1200 mm Commercial MR grade ISI Mark Make kitply/ archid/century/ greenply fixed with 4mm thick teak wood edging al round and apply two coats of french polish to complete item as shown all as drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Removing the existing unserviceable shelf any size of book Case and S & F new shelf teak Veneered both sides plywood 19 mm of size 300 mm x 800 mm Commercial MR grade ISI Mark Make kitply/ archid/century/ greenply fixed with 4mm thick teak wood edging al round and applying two coats of french polish to complete item as shown all as drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) Removing the existing unserviceable door any size of book Case and S & F new door teak Veneered both side plywood 19 mm of size 660 mm x 380 mm Commercial MR grade ISI Mark Make kitply/ archid/century/ greenply fixed with 4mm thick teak wood edging al round and applying two coats of french polish to complete item and provide 19/20m Knob of brass plated as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) Removing the existing unserviceable bottom of board of any size of book Case and S & F new shelf teak Veneered both side plywood 19 mm of size 300 mm x 1200 mm Commercial MR grade ISI Mark Make kitply/ archid/century/ greenply fixed with 4mm thick teak wood edging al round and apply two coats of french polish to complete item as shown all as drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(e) Removal of existing unserviceable back ply wood and S & F new teak Veneered one side of size 6 mm plywood of size 660 mmm x 1200 mm Commercial MR grade ISI Mark Make Kitply / Archid / Century / Green Ply fixed with 4mm thick teak wood edging alround and applying two coats of french polish to complete item as shown all as drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(f) Removal of existing unserviceable broken bottom frame & legs and S & F new Bottom frame & legs of 1st class hard wood( teak wood) Rail Size 40 x 25 mm and leg size 45x 45 mm bottom and 100 mm hight and apply two coats of french polish to complete item as shown all as drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

DB-4121 (Book shelf open large) :- (a) Removing the existing unserviceable top of board of any size of book shelf open large and S & F new teak Veneered both side plywood 19 mm of size 300 mm x 1200 mm Commercial MR grade ISI Mark Make kitply/ archid/century/ greenply fixed with 4mm thick teak wood edging al round and apply two coats of french polish to complete item as shown all as drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) Removal of existing unserviceable broken bottom frame & legs and S & F new Bottom frame & legs of 1st class hard wood( teak wood) Rail Size 40 x 25 mm and leg size 45x 45 mm bottom and 100 mm hight and apply two coats of french polish to complete item as shown all as drawing and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

PAINTING TO STEEL FURNITURE:- Preparation of existing steel surfaces of internal and external surfaces including shelves by removing all dents filling with putty & spray painting with machine two coats of synthetic enamel paint OG / smoke grey (internal & extrenal) as indicated in drgs & as (in the Furniture Yard, Unit lines & Officer Qtrs) directed by Engineer-in- charge for the following furniture
