Erection of Main & Auxiliary structure lattice type ATM, ABL, BCT, ALP, BPL etc. consisting of column, beam, peak, mast etc. and auxiliary structure for installation of isolator, CTs, PTs, LA etc. erection of structure as per drawing with the help of GI nuts & Bolts flat spring washer matching the hole, cutting and matching the member if required include cost of all men and T & P excluding GI structure nut and bolts to complete the work erection of main & auxiliary structure lattice type ATM, BTM, AXM, ABL, CCM,CGM, EKR, BBR, BCT, ALP, BPL, BTI etc. upon foundation and its proper tightening.

Making hole in part of GI Main/auxiliary structure / cutting of GI angle drilling of hole existing/ defective structure /plate/Angle and grinding machine with all cost of men, T & P etc. ( If required)

Erection of following bay equipment as per instruction manual of various equipment’s and technical specification including shifting of material / equipment from store to erection site including all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily.

132 KV Main Bus for Zebra conductor

Hoisting of 132 KV string under Beam to pass the jumper including hanging of disc insulator and suspension fitting complete with all work.

Laying and Termination of following size control cable in trench/cable trays from different control room equipment to 132/33 KV Isolator, circuit breakers CT/PT & their junction boxes. Including carriage of cable drum from store and all other associated work.

Termination of control cable

Fabrication of 3 meter long electrode with 40 mm dia M S round bar having 150 mm long conical shape by digging cutting, straightening etc. and then placing it vertical. inside the ground with Top 700mm below the ground level including shifting of MS round bar from storage place at the Sub-Station to switchyard.

Earthig of 120/30 KV LA's of 132 KV Lines and 63 MVA Transformers neutral by consisting of 3/6 Nos. 3.0 Mtr long electrode of 40mm dai having 150mm long conical shape, its placing inside the ground in rectangular/triangular shape and connection all 3/6 Nos electrodes with 75x10/50x6mm MS flite laid on its edge and then this rectangle/tringle shape be connected to main earth mat at two place in opposite direction strictly as per drawing.

Earthing of equipment’s by cutting straightening, bending, laying 700mm below ground and above ground of following size of MS flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structure, equipment’s structure. Transformer body and its neutral point including welding with main earthmat and with object to be earthed excavation of trenches its back filling. All other associated work as required to complete the work.

Erection of 63 MVA Transformer

Shifting of new 63MVA Transformer main tank from unloading site to transformer plinth at 220KV S/S Loni approx. distance 20mtrs

(a) Additional shifting/dragging 75 mtr for every 5 Mtr per job

Complete, erection of new 63 MVA T/F work includes erection of radiator, conservator tank, bushing with its turrets (if available) connecting of all oil pipe line, erection of cooling fans, making control cables connection, buchholz relay etc. for completing the work, topping of T /F oil and final oil filling in tank, radiator, conservator tank and all other associates work for completion of job satisfactory.

Earthing of main tank of new 63 MVA T /F by using M.S. flat 50X6 / 75X10 mm size, it’s jointing with already laid earth mat / Deltas. Neutral bushing support for its earthing work.

Making of Delta earthing for 63 MVA transformer as per UPPTCL Norms

Placement of new RTCC panel of this new 63 MVA T /F in control room at 220KV S/S Muradnagar including its Termination & fitting and laying of control cable if required as per site requirement and its connections.

Jumpering of 63 MVA T/F from HV with single Moose/Zebra/ Panther and LV Side with Twin Moose Conductor.

Centrifuging of complete T/F oil in T/F by connecting centrifuging pipes circulating the T/F oil through PVT. centrifuging machine and taking the BDV/Water Content (PPM) value of the oil periodically till the required value is achieved .Approx. 25KL

Providing and Fixing of Emulsifier System along with new deluge valve (150 NB) modification of emulsifier pipe line with supply & installation of high velocity automatic water spraying system for 63 MVA T/F including, laying of fire detection/water pipe line, valves, Quartzoid bulb, HVWS nozzles along with all material complete as per details:

Supply & installation testing commissioning of quick opening flood, deluge value of HD of 150 NB as per Max working pressure 10 Kg/cm2, as per specification (HD/Mather Platt/equivalent) (In nos.).

Supply & installation & Commissioning of gate value (sluice Valve/Butterfly valve) as per IS specification (IS Code: 14846) of (Zoloto/Kartar/Sir make) (In nos.)

Supply & installation & testing commissioning of “Y” Type strainer (Kartar/Sir/Kalpana/Agro make) of dia Max working pressure 7 Kg/cm2 (In Nos.)

Supply & laying of different sizes of M.S Pipe ‘B’ class for fire water pipe line/support as per IS specification (IS code-1239) as per drawing enclosed. Complete with elbow Tee, Socket reducer etc. with anti-corrosive treatment with detail as below: (In Mtr)

Supply and laying of different size of GI Pipe ‘B’ class for fire detection/Water pipe line as per specification (IS Code-1239) as per drawing enclosed complete with elbow, Tee Socket. Reducer, (In Mtr)

Supply & Installation of Flanges as per IS-1538 of different sizes as per drawing work include proper butt welding with pipe & proper packing and coupling with Nut & Bolt.

Supply & installation & commissioning of high velocity water spray nozzles flow capacity 3.5 kg/cm2. Spray core angle90°. (In Nos.)
