Water Mix Macadam (WMM)Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work with all leads lifts loading and octroi complete job.( finished work to be measured)

Tack Coat: Providing and Laying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 Kg per Sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom ar per technical specification clause 503. including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work with all leads lifts loading and octroi complete job.( finished work to be measured)

Bituminous Macadam :- P/L Bituminous Macadam with Hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the rquired grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per technical specification clause 504. including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete Job)

25mm thick SDBC :- Providing and laying semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge. 25 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work with all leads lifts loading and octroi complete job.( finished work to be measured)

Seal Coat :- Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A ,Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.specification 1995) By Mechanical Means Type B Bitumen (S-90) including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work with all leads lifts loading and octroi complete job.( finished work to be measured)

Shoulders :- Development of shoulders using naturally occuring granular material/Khak Bajri including spreading in uniform thickness, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade, watering and compacting to the required density including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work with all leads lifts loading and octroi complete job.( finished work to be measured)
