Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of HT 11KV, 3 phase, 20kA/3sec, 50HZ, totally Gas Insulated OUTDOOR Compact Ring Main Unit (2 Nos. Manual Operated, non draw-out 630A Load Break Switches as Incomer and 1 No. Manual operated Non draw out 630A Vacuum Circuit Breaker as Outgoing) complete with 350MVA rupturing capacity, overload and earth fault protection by self powered relays. The panel should be with suitable ratio ring core type protection CTs including refixing the shelter/fencing, making good the damages, Liasoning with BESCOM for arranging 11KV power supply shutdown etc., as per specification as requires. (Compact RMU can be of ABB/ Siemens/Schneider or makes approved by BESCOM only) Note: The work shall be carried out by the firm in coordination with site inchargre and Bescom authority for commissioning of RMU including arranging for HT power supply shut down and restoration.

Removing and shifting of existing faulty 800A 3 Way HT Ring Main unit including disconnecting of incoming and outgoing HT cable terminations, earth connections and the dismantled equipments shall be handed over to concerned authority at the desired location in the Sanchar complex as directed by Engineer in charge etc. complete as required.

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 3 core 240 Sqmm armoured aluminium conductor XLPE HT cable of 11 KV grade etc as required (M/s Raychem or similar superior make)

Supplying and Fixing suitable MS iron frame work for RMU made out of solid channel /angle /flat i/c cutting, welding, drilling, grouting painting with suitable colour etc., as reqd.

S& F of 5mm thick chequred plate in the existing frame, with 25mm x 25mmx 5mm thick MS angle i/c cutting, welding & painting etc complete etc as reqd.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
