RequiredThe tenders will be evaluated as per G.O.MS No.294, Dt: 18-07-2020, MA&UD, Government of Telangana for the Works costing of Rs:5.00lakhs to Rs:50lakhs in which bid capacity of the agency is calculated as per formula 3AN-B and the bid capacity should be greater than ECV for eligibility of the particular work.

RequiredGenuineness of Contractor Registration on Rs.100/- NSJ paper should be submitted by agency to the tender approving authority at the time of submission of tender (Format enclosed).

RequiredThe information given in statement-1 is to be accurate and should cover all the works on hand if any of the information given found false/fabricated and if missed any works on hand liable for panel action such as disqualification or blacklisting or determination of contractor or any other action deemed fit.

RequiredThe contractor / agency has to submit the Annual Turnover Certificate in Civil Engineering works for consecutive 10 years duly certified by the charted accountant on the letter head with UDIN No along with Profit & Loss sheet & Balance sheet& 26AS.

RequiredThe contractor / agency is to submit the details of existing commitments i.e., works on hand in all other departments in addition to the works in GHMC in the statement-1 for evaluation of bid capacity and those who do not furnish the information will be summarily rejected.

RequiredFor SC / ST/ Waddera & Sagara community Societies Reserved works, Upload Latest Audit Copy and Election copy with Members Signatures Otherwise agency will not be considered/valid

RequiredFor SC / ST/ Waddera & Sagara Individuals Reserved works, Upload Bonafide /caste Certificate issued Mandal Tahasildhar.

RequiredSpecial Conditions in tender & agreement of all future Engineering works included.
