Schedule maintenance/ servicing to 3 Nos. 10HP/1.2 cusec diesel engine driven dewatering Mud Pump sets (no. 20, 21 & 22) by way of decoupling pumps from engines, dismantling the engines parts like heads, valves, rocker assemblies, fuel pumps etc. Removing/cleaning of carbon deposits with recommended chemicals.. Adjustment to rocker and tappet assemblies. Job also includes complete servicing and calibration of fuel pumps by dismantling and then cleaning of injectors nozzles, plungers, springs, delivery valves, lock sets etc. Calibrating the pumps on calibration bench. P/f of fuel filters, air filters, fuel pipes with banjo bolts. Draining of existing contaminated M-oil, cleaning the oil sump and then P/Filling of 5.0 ltr M-Oil for each engine. Idle testing the engines. Job further includes servicing of 3 Nos 1.2 Cusec Pumps units by way of dismantling of pump gland sets and p/f of new glands. Proper cleaning of bearings and proper oiling and greasing. Coupling of pumps with engine sets and testing properly each. The job involves providing and fitting of canvas flexible delivery pipe 30 mtr long of 5 inch dia to 2 Nos pumping sets each, Providing and fitting of 4inch dia foot valves and nipples to 2nos pumping sets each. Complete Job includes cost of material, rebate on old parts, fuel charges for testing, labour & fitment charges at ware house D/W station Jammu. Inclusive of all taxes.

Schedule maintenance/ servicing of 02 nos 12HP Engines of Diesel driven Dewatering Pump sets (no.26 and 27) by way of dismantling engines and extracting out parts like head assemblies, valves, rocker assemblies, fuel pumps etc. Removing/cleaning of carbon deposits with recommended chemicals of each engine. Cleaning of heads and Adjustment to rocker assemblies and tappets of each engine. Job also includes complete servicing and calibration of fuel pumps and cleaning of injector nozzles, plungers, springs, delivery valves, lock sets etc of each engine. then calibrating the fuel pumps on calibration bench and fitting with engines. P/f of fuel filters, air filters, fuel pipes with banjo bolts to both the engines. Providing and filling of fresh M.oil 7 ltr to each engine after draining out the old contaminated M.oil and cleaning of oil sump of each engine. Testing the engines idle. Complete job include cost of material, labour and fuel charges for idle running of engines at ware house D/W station. Job further includes servicing to 02 nos 1.2 Cusec Pump units of 12HP Diesel driven dewatering Pumps (26 & 27) by way of decoupling it from the engine and then complete dismantling of each pump by extracting the shaft, bearings, and impeller. Providing fitting of gland packet-1set, cotter-2nos to each pump set. Reassembling the pumps by P/F of new gasket, gland packing & greasing the bearing properly. Refitting the serviced pumps. The job involves providing and fitting of 4inch dia foot valves and nipples to both pumping sets. Job involves P/F of canvas cotton pipe of 5inch dia, 30mtr in length to each pump set. Complete Job includes cost of material, rebate on old parts, fuel charges for testing, labour & carriage charges. Inclusive of all taxes.

The job involves providing and fitting of canvas flexible delivery pipe 30 mtr in length of 5inch dia to 1 Nos pump set, P/F of 4inch dia foot valve, nipples to pumping unit no.2. Complete Job includes cost of material, rebate on old parts, fuel charges for testing, labour & fitment charges at ware house D/W station Jammu. Inclusive of all taxes.

Schedule maintenance/servicing/repair to 1 Nos. 28HP double cylindered/2.0 cusec diesel engine driven dewatering Pump set by way of decoupling pump from engine, dismantling the engine. P/f of fuel filter, air filter, fuel pipes with banjo bolts. Draining of existing contaminated M-oil, cleaning the oil sump and then P/Filling of 10.0 ltr M-Oil for engine. Idle testing the engine. Job further includes greasing of 1.2 Cusec Pump unit by way of dismantling bearing bracket of pump and then checking properly. Reassembling the pump bracket P/F of new gasket, nuts and bolts, gland packing & greasing the bearing properly. The job further involves repair to towing trolley by way of dismantling the dewatering pump set from trolley, then shifting trolley to workshop for its repair by way of dismantling of rim along with tyres and replacing the old damaged axle by cutting and extracting it . Providing and fitting of new axle of suitable capacity to base frame with proper bearing housing assembly. Assembling of rim along with tyres to trolley. Placing of dewatering pump set on trolley and then proper fitting of the same . Complete Job includes cost of material, rebate on old parts, labour charges, tools and tackles required for the job, carriage charges to and fro from workshop, fuel charges for testing & fitment charges at ware house D/W station Jammu. Inclusive of all taxes.
