REPAIRS MAINT OF LT DISTRIBUTION NETWORK INCLUDING CABLES, JOINTS AND ACCESSORIES IN RA AND DEPOT AREA UNDER GE PULGAON

Taking out LT XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable alongwith all joints of any size from trenches wall/roof including taking out of brick layer and sand from trenches complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Excavation in trenches by mechanical/Manual means not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out all kind of soil complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L for Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil. complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing Double wall Corrugated High DensityPolyethylene (HDPE) pipe of 50 mm sizes as per IS 14930 (Part-2):2001, Laid in trenches/floors and fixed on walls/poles, with and including necessary fittings such as bends, sockets and other connected accessories etc., for laying of electric cables, complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

All as above item No 5 but size of HDPE pipe size 90 mm diameter

Supply, laying and testing LT XLPE insulated PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured earthed electric power cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, heavy duty in trenches/along pole or wall of 16 Sq mm 2 core sizes complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. Note:- 1. Excavation and earth work, pipes, clamps, and cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items :-

Supply & laying in repair 50mm bore galvanized steel tubing "light grade" with all fittings in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall for cable protection all as specified & as directed by EIC. .

Supply & laying in repair 80mm bore galvanized steel tubing "light grade" with all fittings in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall for cable protection all as specified & as directed by EIC. .

Supply & laying in repair 100mm bore galvanized steel tubing "light grade" with all fittings in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall for cable protection all as specified & as directed by EIC. .

Road cutting for UG cable under road/railway crossing, pavement, hardstanding by manually means, protection GI pipe for cable of required dia and making it good to match with the adjoining surface/structureafter cable passing complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note : GI pipe and PCC will be measured and paid against respective items.

Supply & Fixing in repair 6 -16 Sqmm 4 Core cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 and 4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage..Make 3M-Seal/Birla/Denson Note : Excavation, returning filling and removal shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ

PCC (1:2:4) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in 100 mm thick including necessary form work at arround LT panel and around the street light pole depot area, complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/plinth block including necessary form work at Lt panel and street light pole depot area complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of pole upto ground level at arround LT panel and around the street light pole depot area, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Material and Labour for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers all at around LT panel and around the street light pole depot area, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Supply and fixing in repair retro reflective boards in shape of rectangle of size 1.0 m x 1.4 m made out of 2 mm thick stainless steel both side bonded/pasted with high prismatic, sheet manufactured by Avery Dennison or 3M with desired letters/logos designed as directed the board shall be supplied with and including stainless steel frame made out of 25mm dia pipe in frame around duly welded with and including stainless steel sheet and stainless steel posts of 38 mm dia and full length of 2.20 m one side and 2.8 m other side complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Rate for fixing of boards with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 filling of size 45x45x60 cm to be included in unit rate. (ii) The board should be written description as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Plastic Sheet 10mm thickness, HDPE/Polycarbonate, Weatherproof, on Iron gate with SS screws, rubber washers, PVC edge beading at substations building in RA and Depot area complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing HDPE green shed net,with minimum GSM 75% as per manufacturer data sheet (width 3 meter) at substations boundary including tying, fastening and all accessories in RA area complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Material and labour in replacement/repair for earthing complete with UL listed CPRI Tested maintenance free copper bonded earth rod of 3.048 metres having diameter of 17.2mm with 254 micron copper coating with clamp made of stainless steel for terminating cable /flat conductor with Plastic pit chamber (PPGF) of outer dimension 290(L) x 290(W) x 209(H) withstand load of 60kN.buried directly in ground vertically to a depth below normal ground level Meets the requirement for IS/IEC 62305 and IEC 62561-5 CAPE Type: EC 290 (Article No. 300 852) . Earth enhancing mineral (PROCEN) compound ( electrical resistivity 0.018 ohm metre ) 25 kg tested for Leaching & TCLP with NABL accredited lab. The systems is conforming to IS 3043, IS / IEC 62305, IEC 61643-5-54, UL 467, the rod has to be tested to for dimension, marking, tensile strength, salt mist, coating thickness, electrical resistivity test before and after corrosion test etc as per IEC 62561-2.Chamber Inspection Pit made up of PP material can bear 60kN(6000KG) load. Meets the requirement for IS/IEC 62305 and IEC 62561-5 CAPE Type: EC 290 (Article No. 300 852) including earth work,nut bolts complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Supply and fixing in replacement of GI strip 25 X 4 mm buried in ground for additional earthing lead beyond 7.5 meter if required.

Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable (damaged/broken) Panel of any type and any size, from Location and removal from site all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.
