Excavation in trenches n' exc 1.5 m wide and n' exc 1.5 m in depth and n' exc 10 Sq m on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m for laying of cable/fixing of pole and getting out in any type of soil.

Returning, filling in excavated material (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified..

Removing excavated material to a distance n' exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for clean dry tibba sand in trenches/ducts for cushoning to cable complete all as specified. (Punned thickness shall be measured & paid)

Supply and laying stone patti 40-50 mm thick, 25-30 cm wide abutting each other for cable protection complete all as specified.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole. Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of pole. Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Laying, Jointing and testing underground armoured cable LT XLPE insulated cable 1100 Volts PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric LT UG cable heavy duty with multi stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches / walls/ ducts passing through pipe cable of following size complete all as specified:-

Supply , erect, fix and install steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts , nuts and screw as specified type 410 SP-31, 9.00m long including painting with a coat of red oxide zink chromate primer ( shop coat) for complete length and one coat of black paint upto a length of 1.5 m from base plate before erection of pole in approved site and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer upto a length of 7.5m above the ground level and two coats of zebra marking with synthetic enamel paint of approved tint from ground level and upto 0.9m height ( 15cm width each strip of black and yellow colour shade) , including pole numbering complete all as specified and directed Note : 1. Excavation , PCC will be measured and paid separately. Note : 2. Font and letter size for marking of pole number will be as per direction of Engineer in charge

S&F High density poly- ethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenchesHDPE with fittings for protection of cable for the following sizes complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding by trench less technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including providing HDPE pipe of 50 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

S &F polycarbonate unbreakable junction box of size 32cm x 23cm with double compression cable glands, connector 3P+1N on insulator and necessary mounting arrangement, MCB SP 10 Amp and fixing on pole with FI clamps, nuts, bolts, washer and connectin with cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC flexible insulated and over all PVC sheathed, stranded copper conductor wire 1.5 sqmm x 3 core, ISI marked complete from fitting to pole junction box complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable route indicator with embosed letters as "MES LT CABLES " made out of CI plate 100 mm dia, 6mm thick and fixed over angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 3mm, 90 cm in length cross Tee welded at bottom duly painted with aluminium paint complete and including embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 of size 30 x30 x20cm in ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of LED Flood light fittings of 70 watt energy saving and environmental friendly long life made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant clear toughened glass , better optics for uniform distribution architectural facade and general purpose lighting luminaire with driver , high power LED as lighting source, with IP66 protection , lumen output not less than 120 lm/watt , input voltage range 140 to 270 Volts , temp operating range 10 degree to 50 degree C , PF minium 0.95 , CRI more than 80 and CCT- 5700 K , IK rating -IK07, LED driver with all protection viz open/shortt circuit protection , over voltage protection all as per standard design of manufacturer, Surge protection 10KV ( inbuilt + extendeble) ,rated life time 50000 burning hrs.

Supply install and testing out door wheather proof bus bar chamber of size 90 cm x 40 cm x 40 cm made out of 3.15 MS sheet having one side openable hinged door shutter with looking arangement mounted on 50x50x6mm anlge iron frame with legs welded ( 30 cm below ground and 60cm above graound) and 04 nos copper bus bar of 300 Amp rating including of one MCCB TPN 100 Amp 16 KA for controlling Electric supply complete erected on ground with necessary PCC 1:3:6 type C2 foundation complete bus bar chamber painted with two coats of approved enamel paints over one coat of primer red oxide including making cable connection with necessary gland , lugs/thimbles all as specified.

Dismantling old unserviceable PCC pole of any size incl PCC all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking down old unserviceable Street light from pole with bracket & junction box complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Labour for removing and taking out existing underground LT Cable from trenches or pole or underground in pipe duct of any size as directed by Engr-in-charge
