M&L for Cement concrete 1:5:10 type E2 (40mm graded agg) in foundations,filling and mass concrete

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block Using (PCC 1:3:6 type C1) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM (1:4),complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM(1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement)

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

S&F for Rolled mild steel in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to FE-410W (Gde-E250)quality -B

S&F for Rolled mild steel in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without conncecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary length ie. Within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming FE-410W (Gde-E250)quality -B

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete. ®

SPL REPAIR TO EXISTING ELECTRICITY WIRING ALONGWITH COMPLETE SWITCH/SOCKET ACCESSORIES IN BLDG NO T-226, T-508 AND T-520 OF 24 RAJPUT AT NIMU MIL STN UNDER AGE (I) NIMU

Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring light, fan socket or power complete fitting such as switches, ceiling rose, fan regulator, socket including light fitting etc complete with MS conduit and T/W battern and depositing to MES store yard all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductors of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volt grade drawn in and including rigid PVC casing caping accessories lain on wall/ceiling surface and fixed with PVC saddles and back-plate and GI screws, including PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuous wire connected to common earth and PVC Board for housing like switches, sockets, fan regulators etc all as directed for One light point/one fan point controlled by one switch.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductors of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volt grade drawn in and including rigid PVC casing caping accessories lain on wall/ceiling surface and fixed with PVC saddles and back-plate and GI screws, including PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuous wire connected to common earth and PVC Board for housing like switches, sockets, fan regulators etc all as directed for One 3 pin 5 amps socket outlet independent with cables 1.5 sqmm size.

S&F in repair sheet metal powder coated versatile Double door SPN distribution board, 12 way suitable for MCB's fitted with copper bus bar rated 200amps, neutral link , earth bar and din rail suitable for use on 240 Volt, 50Hz .

M&L in repair for MCB SPN 63 Amp, 240V with 10KA breaking capacity of 'C' series in distribution boards all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs to MCB SP 6-32 Amp with 10KA breaking capacity of 'C' series in distribution boards all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI bracket 1.5 mtr long made out of GI pipe 40mm dia bend to suitable radius incl clamps nuts bolts washers incl painting with aluminum paint etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size (600 x 600 x 6.3) mm thick buried directly into ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, surrounded on all sides by alternate layers of 150 mm thick charcoal and common salt, connected to galvanized earh lead wire of size 4.0 mm by means of lugs, bolts, nuts, washer, check nuts of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3, wire protected by dia 15 mm bore light grade GI Pipe laid in floor and fixed to wall with proper size of clamps and watering pipe of bore 20 mm dia GI light grade including wire mesh funnel, PCC, earth chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm grade stone aggreate including form work cement mortar including CI Pit cover with frame necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including testing on completion for desired result all as specified.

SPL REPAIR TO CGI SHEET OF BUILDING NO T-151 (OFFR MESS) OF 2118 FD HOSP AT NIMU MIL STN UNDER AGE (I) NIMU

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering.

S&F Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63mm thick with two corrugation side lap, fixed with coach screw and washers, in roofs, wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item above here-inbefore but excepting (any thickness) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting,, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flasgings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

All as per item above bere-in-before but except sheeting (any thickness) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or grith, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new zinc (or glavanised) surfaces to receive painting by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning etc of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) paing over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
