Cleaning of 17 Meter floor in B. C. bay (Chemical dozing pump floor) from axis 1 to axis 37 (except air conditioning units).

Cleaning of complete chequered plate floor at 23 Meter C.D. bay

Cleaning of all the bowl mill 3.6 Meters plate form around mills and ‘0’ meter floor in C.D. bay from axis 1 to 37

Cleaning of various plate form of boilers of unit-I, II, III from ‘0’ Meter to 15 Meter including stairs and railings.

Cleaning of various plate forms of boilers of unit-I, II, III above ‘15’ Meter to ‘36’ Meter including stairs and railings.

Cleaning of various plate forms of boilers of unit-I, II, III above 36 Meter up to 54 Meter including stairs and railings.

Cleaning of various plate forms, hand railing, penthouse structure of ESPs of unit-I, II, III.

Cleaning of various plate form , stairs, hand railings, structure for gas ducts connecting APH outlet to ESP’S inlet and ESP outlet to ID fan suction of unit-I, II, III.

Cleaning of various equipments pipe lines, ducts, dampers, valves, Deaerator, R.C. Feeders, Phosphate Dozing Pumps, tanks etc in boiler area of unit –I, II, III (excluding C&I field panels, equipments, cable racks ) at various elevations above ‘0’ Meter

Cleaning of all ID, FD & PA fans & its lubricating system, seal air fans and other equipments, cables in seal air fan area, installed at ‘0’ meter of unit No. I, II & III.

Cleaning of drain along D-row in Boiler area

Cleaning of coal pipe from Bowl mill to main furnace including cleaning of beams, columns of Bowl mills area and all the bracing of D-row from axis 1 to 37.

Cleaning of one No. Boiler during night (06 PM to 06 AM).

Keeping neat & clean round the clock toilets at any elevation including washing floors, fittings, wash basins, urinals, W.C. sheet pipes etc. with Vim, Phenyl, odonil, harpic or equivalent twice a day and also including cleaning of dust, debries etc. from the walls / ceiling. Also removing the chocking. Rate should include the cost of all labour, T&P, consumables required for proper completion of work. Vim, Phenyl, odonil, harpic or equivalent required shall be arranged by the contractor at their own cost. (one job means one toilet)

Cleaning of Septic tank including removal of waste, garbage and also including dewatering and cleaning of accessories and removal of chocking and also removing and placing the cover in position complete. Rates should includes the cost of all material , T&P, labour etc. complete

Removal of dead body of big Animals like COW, Buffallow etc.

Removal of dead body of small Animals like cat, dogs etc

Cleaning of ‘0’ Meter floor IJT boiler area including control room

Removal of Ash from Guide bearing area of one No. A.P.H. of unit –I, II, III.

Loading the Garbage, Rubbish, Coal dust, Ash, Bricks &stone Pieces etc. from '0' meter Boiler area and 15 meters R.C. Feeder floor in to trolley, truck or dampers and their disposal in dumping yard up to distance of 02 Km.

Collection & disposal of Coal dust, scattered CMR, small pieces of coal etc. from '0' meter floor C.D. bay (Nearbowl mills) and 15 meter R.C. Feeder floor by mechanical transport viz Tractor trolley, truck or dampers etc.to track hopper (coal yard) or dumping yard up to distance of 02 Km.
