Painting the walls with one coat of plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting old iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and approved quality and colour coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications. (The paint should be got approved by Engineer in charge work before use on works).

Servicing the existing rolling shutter of size 1.80 x 2.60m including all labour charges for servicing greasing etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing AC sheet roofing with 6mm thick asbestos cement sheet of fully corrugated (grey colour) of approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary J / U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of plain glass 4mm thick including cost of all materials and labour charges etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm dia meter blue - gum posts or best quality bamboo posts of 4 m over all length ( 3 m height + 0.50 m projection + 0.50 m into the ground ) the distance between the two rows being 1.25 m and the spacing of posts being 2.00 m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.50 m overlap on either side and braces at 2.00 m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40 mm thick and 1.00 m width, etc,. in a complete form using coir and nails - 1.00 m run Upto 8m height

The semi polished cuddapah slab shall be of size 60cm x 45cm for a thickness of 40mm machine cutting on all sides and top surface semi-polished. Paving the flooring with Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:3, 20mm thick in all floors used 0.20 kg / m2 including finishing the joints and pointing flush with even surfaces etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of size 150mmx150mmx6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:2, 10mm and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 kg/sq.m neatly in all floors, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing RCC PRECAST Slab of 7.50 CM thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand, four HBGS jelly) using 20 mm HBG Stone jelly as per design and specification, excluding cost of steel rods and fabrication charges but including cost of moulding, labour charges for finishing, curing, fixing in position etc., complete.

Servicing the existing rolling shutter of size 1.80 x 2.60m including clips, changing patties, adjustment bearing, cleaning and grease applying, locking slides adjustment, kerosene washing and grease applying including all labour charges etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting old iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and approved quality and colour coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications. (The paint should be got approved by Engineer in charge work before use on works)

Supplying and fixing AC sheet roofing with 6mm thick asbestos cement sheet of fully corrugated (grey colour) of approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary J / U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm dia meter blue - gum posts or best quality bamboo posts of 4 m over all length ( 3 m height + 0.50 m projection + 0.50 m into the ground ) the distance between the two rows being 1.25 m and the spacing of posts being 2.00 m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.50 m overlap on either side and braces at 2.00 m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40 mm thick and 1.00 m width, etc,. in a complete form using coir and nails - 1.00 m run Upto 8m height
