M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic colour walls tiles in vertical surfaces 7-8mm thick of size 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including rendering backing coat on vertical surface of wall in 10 mm thick CM 1:4 to receive wall tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and scantaling complete all as directed.

M & L Prime the surface with approved water-based, UV-resistant liquid membrane with water @ 1:1 ratio (200gm chemical: 200 gm Water) and use as primer @ 400 gm / m². Allow the primer coat to touch dry condition. Apply 1 st coat of water-based, UV-resistant liquid membrane @ 0.8 kg/ m² by brush / roller / airless spray while the primed surface is tacky. For faster and smoother application, apply with airless gun.Allow 1 st coat to dry for 10 - 12 hr. Apply 2nd coat of water-based, UV-resistant liquid membrane @ 0.8 kg/ m² by brush /roller / airless spray for final 1200 micron in two coats,including taking down old APP membrane and preparation of surface. Note:- Apllication shall be done through authorised applicator.

Dismantling MS work of any description complete all as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls as in rain water/soil waste pipe etc complete as directed.

M&L 200 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in subbase complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel work in tubular trusses, purlins, rafter, posts including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 including notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts including rivets or nuts and bolts, providing and fixing cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc and also for wedging, plumbing, turning up & fixing complete all as specified and directed.
