M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cmx6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connecting with steel GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolt nut check nuts and washers including PCC pit with 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and frame cover of angle iron 25x25x6mm, MS sheet 3mm thick, and handle of 6mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering common salt chorcoal funnel wiremesh, earthwork in any type of soil returning filling in and removal of soft/loose soil to a distance n. exc 5 mtr including earth test point and making connections, testing on completion all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and directed by engr-in-charge at site including taking down of old U/S eartning materials,Note :The unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of 7.5 metre earth lead.
