PART-I Construction of New Intermediate Lifting Station (LS – 1) of approx 2.50 MLD capacity :
(1) Civil Work: (a)Survey work and soil exploration with all design, drawing and vetting from a reputed Govt. Institution as decided by KMDA, (b) construction of wet well, (c) construction of inlet & screen chamber, (d) construction of screen channel, (e) construction of distribution chamber, (f) construction of valve chamber, (g) construction of LT / HT panel / metering room, transformer room as required. (2) Electro-mechanical Work: Supplying, installation, testing, 3 months trial run and commissioning of electro-mechanical and instrumentation equipments and accessory
Construction of New Main Pumping Station (MPS) of capacity 14.00 MLD inside the STP premises.
(1) Civil Work: (a) Dismentalling of all existing structure (b)Survey work and soil exploration with all design, drawing and vetting from a reputed Govt. Institution as decided by KMDA, (c) construction of wet well, (d) construction of inlet chamber, (e) construction of screen channel, (f) construction of distribution chamber, (g) construction of valve chamber, (h) construction of LT / HT panel / metering room, transformer room as required. (i) construction of diesel generator room,electrical sub station if required, (j) construction of internal pathway, approach road, surface drain,boundary wall and fencing with entry gate and rolling shutter, (k) fire fighting arrangement, landscaping, site development & land protection,protection, if required(l) construction of toilet block including sanitary & plumbing work (m) construction of bore well etc. as per approved vetted design and drawing.
(2) Electro-mechanical Work: Supplying, installation, testing, 3 months trial run and commissioning of electro-mechanical and instrumentation equipments and accessory works including DG set as per approved and vetted design and drawing.

(3) Setting up of Environmental Laboratory as per latest CPHEEO Manual. All necessary instruments required to find out the parameter on daily basis of influent and effluent flow as per latest CPHEEO Manual.
(4) Design, drawing, construction, supply, installation, testing, commissioning of sludge treatment by Lime & Alum dosing Treatment System or by other suitable tratment system using the available land including required storage with necessary structural arrangement for monsoon shed in the existing WSP area by necessary filling,construction of embankment, concrete base/platform & necessary Land protection etc. to complete in all respect as per scope and instruction of EIC
(5) Procurement of 01 (one) no Tractor and 02 (two) nos hydraulic trolley to transport the sludge.
Co-treatment of 10.5 KLD Septage and its allied works : Construction & structural arrangement of Reciving Sump to recive the septage from cesspool and deliver to STP through adjacent MPS
Design, Drawing, Engineering, Construction, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 100 kwp Solar Power Plant with necessary filling, protection of land etc. to complete whole work in all respect as per specification and direction of EIC
Supplying and laying of new DWC HDPE sewer line: (a) Supplying & Laying of sewer line of Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe (DWC HDPE) of stiffness class designation SN 8 (conforming to I. S. 16098 (Part 2) :2013) (Spigot and Socket ended pipe at site including bedding with silver sand (conforming to relevant I.S. and CPHEEO Specification) jointing with rubber gasket, barricading, lighting arrangement, cutting of any type of road by mechanical/manual means and restoring damaged portion of the said road in its original position like either concrete road, Bituminous Macadam road with or without Mastic Asphalt road, traffic diversion arrangement, necessary earth work in excavation in trenches and Trail pits for sewer lines and other structures etc. in all sorts of soil or loose material including rubbish, removing the spoils / surplus earth, and debris to a destination decided by Owner upto their jurisdiction to be arranged by bidder (No extra lead will be payable), hire and labour charges for shoring with close timbering/ sheet piling/MS joists acting as soldier beams with MS plate including MS joist water beams as per approved design and drawing and retention of shoring where ever necessary ,bailing out water, dewatering from the excavated portion; hydraulic testing, making connection to old or new manholes/House Pit Connection (including dismantling and making good the manhole wall/House Pit Connection wall), filling and compaction of trenches with appropriate materials, Protection and shifting of underground and overhead utilities if necessary, temporary road restoration all complete with a minimum top cushion 1.20 Mtr. and slope as per design requirement to maintain self clearance velocity as per approved and vetted design & drawings, and as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge (EIC).

Construction of new Manhole chambers: Construction of Brick masonry Rectangular cast-in-situ manholes in accordance with the provisions laid down in latest version of IS 4111 (Part 1) with chamber of size 900mm x 900 mm or equivalent area (inside measurement) including supplying and fixing of polypropylene coated foot-rests / cast iron make foot-rest, shuttering, staging, reinforcement, bailing out/ dewatering (by pumps or other means) of water , supply, fitting and fixing with Steel Fibre Reinforced Concrete (SFRC) / Plastic Fibre Reinforced Concrete (PFRC) / Polypropylene Fibre Reinforced Concrete (PPFRC) Manhole cover (conforming to latest version of IS 12592) of clear opening 600 mm. with matching frame of grade HD-20/EHD-35 as per site requirement& packing around with PCC (1:2:4), complete as per design, drawing, specification and as directed by the DBO Engineer. (Excavation in all sorts of soil, barricading, lighting arrangement, traffic diversion arrangement, hire and labour charges of close timbering / sheet piling /MS joists acting as soldier beams with MS plate including MS joist Waller beams, temporary road restoration as per approved design and drawing and retention of shoring where ever necessary, backfilling and compaction of trenches with appropriate materials, Protection and shifting of underground and overhead utilities if necessary, dismantling of any type of road crust by mechanical/manual means, restoration of damaged portion of the said road in its original position and disposal of spoils / surplus earth, and debris to a destination decided by ULB upto their jurisdiction to be arranged by bidder (No extra lead will be payable)). The work shall be complete as per approved and vetted design and drawing as directed by the Engineer – in – Charge. (the Rates for any fractional variation (increase or decrease) in the depth of the manhole on decimetre basis, shall be paid as per actual, by adding the difference in rates between the immediately preceding and succeeding depths of such fractional depth of manhole on linear basis ) RCC wall shall be provided for the combind manhole height more than 2.00 M from GL

Construction / setting up 14 nos Interception & Diversion Structural arrangement work i.e draw shutter, bar screen,silt cleaning chamber etc, at outfall/drain points in different location & diamension including necessary allied works: (a) de-silting of drains as per approved list from TIA/EIC, (b) the quantity will be finalized by measurement of dry silt stacked at site, during de-silting of drains.
