M & L for Servicing of DG sets 140 KVA Make: Greaves cotton installed at Salaria PH; including routine checking of all Engine and alternator parts for its servicing/durability complete all as per manufacturer recommendatations and including repair of followings parts :- (a) Drain out the lubricating oil from sump and refilling after proper cleaning. (b) Replace Engine Oil filter cartridge with New one. (c) Replace fuel filter cartridge with New one. (d) Replace coolant fine filter with new one. (e) Replace air filter with New one. (f) Check tightness of all nuts and bolts (g) Check adjustment of V belt, driving engine water pump and alternator. (h) Assembling complete old serviceable parts and repair of old unserviceable parts by new one as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (j) Testing of DG set after servicing as per Engr –in Charge. (k) Cleaning of air filter, fuel tank and radiator (Radiator should be clean with commpressed air and commpressor should be arrange by Contractor itself) every month as per requirement as per manufactures manual. Note:- (i) Any minor parts such as screws, washers, split pin , circlip etc shall be supplied by the firm, rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) The servicing of DG Sets shall be carried out all as per direction of Enge-in-Charge and site requirements. (iii) Any parts required to be replaced during servicing of DG/engines shall be measured and paid for separately.

S & F Oil filter as per exsting make and size for DG Set of capacity 140 KVA as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

S & F diesel Fuel filter Primary and secondary as per exsting make and size for DG Set of capacity 140 KVA as per sample complete all as specified and directed. .

S & F Air filter as per exsting make and size for DG Set of capacity 140 KVA as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Filing of coolant in 140 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Filling of lubricant oil (15-20)W-40 in replacemen in KVA DG complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking down repair and refixing of self starter of 140 KVA DG capacity including repair of burn field coil repair of armature and carbon bush holder and carbon bush point and solinoid coil, frywheel ring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Repair/servicing of radiator assembly of 140 KVA DG Set after dismanteling and removing cooling fans, guard plates and lowering the same from engine after draining out water from radiator and scrapping / removing sludge / scale inside tank with acid including repair MS tank (botom portion) at rusted portion by cutting/ welding / brazing with 2mm thick copper plate including painting. Remounting the same at its original position and filling of pre mixed coolent as per the ratio fixed by manufacturer measured seperately and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Repair of battery Charger of any make including taking out from site and transporting to the electrical repair shop and taking back after repair and fix to the site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Disconnecting, taking out carefully old unserviceable AVR unit, supply & fixing, connecting and testing new AVR unit as per existing make and model suitable for DG set of 140 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for Tubular Battery 12 Volt 180 AH, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT, XLPE insulated armoured, heavy duty aluminium conductor electric cable 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 240 Sqmm, 3.5 core including taking out old existing cable in trench/wall/feeder connections complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 12 but 3.5 core 185 sqmm.

All as per item No 12 but 3.5 core 150 sqmm.

Supply and fix in replacement 3 Pole contactor MNX 18, including necessary connections for incoming and outgoing connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Timer for 24 hrs including necessary wiring from contactor and supply connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MS kiosk box made out from 2 mm thick MS sheet including bus bar TPN 4 strip 63 A capacity and one MCB SP 6 Amp for street light fitting to be mounted on pole with 2 nos 25x3 mm flat iron clamps and shutter to be opened and closed vertically with ball locking system size of box 200x150x100 mm complete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scrapping/removing rusted partials on surface of existing single swan neck steel tubular electric street light pole including nut and bolts after cleaning Applying one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint including stranded size of numbering and alternate strip black and yellow synthetic enamelled painting from the coping of pole as directed and two coats of cement base paint on surface area of copping complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair,passing through cable 3 core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm from junction box to street light fitting all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate as in foundation concrete for pole including finishing the exposed surface using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C-1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate as in foundation concrete for pole including finishing the exposed surface using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Locating electrical faults and repair work in underground LT cable of size 150 to 240 Sqmm whenever any fault arises at Salaria officers Enclave area, making complete supply system functional dully rectifying and cable repair work complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Whenever any breakdown reported the Contractor will have to take immeadiate action and send skilled Technecian/Tools immediately on site failing which a recovery @ 500 Rs per Hours will be charge from the contractrors due. (b) Any parts required to be replaced during repair work shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for Locating electrical faults and repair work in underground LT cable of size 16 to 85 Sqmm whenever any fault arises at Salaria officers Enclave area, making complete supply system functional dully rectifying and repair work complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Whenever any breakdown reported the Contractor will have to take immeadiate action and send skilled Technecian/Tools immediately on site failing which a recovery @ 500 Rs per Hours will be charge from the contractrors due. M&L for excavation in trenches in soft soil n.exc 1.5 Mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 meter in depth for laying of cables/pole etc setting out trimming the site forming bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for returning filling in-trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers with soft/loose/dense soil n.exc 25 cm thick in each layer of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for removing/excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand Jamuna 23 cm thick (8 cm under and 15 cm above the cable) in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for old serviciable un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers for cable protection of class LV type 1 flat of size 250 x150 x 40 mm.

M&L for scrapping/removing rusted partials on surface of existing Bldg LT panel including nut and bolts after cleaning Applying one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 241195.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
