Excavation in hill area all heights and depths in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick work , jumper work blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting prohibited ) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out time to the required line , graes side slopes trimming bottoms and level as shown on the drawings as directed by Engineer –in –charge at site according to the HPPWD specification clause 300, 1603.1,1603.2, sorting out useful/ unuseful material and staking the same in all leads and lifts acquired width of the road and transportation of useful material to required width of the road or on approved dumping site through all moles of transportation load by animal transport or mechanical means along with its leaving , fine dressing and carriage of all labour machineries , materials tools equipments and safety measures and incidental necessary to complete the work by mechanized means and or labour if required all useful materials such as shingles aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along with road side which shall not be less than one third blasting work ( hard rock) one sixth of blasting work ( soft rock) one tenth of jumper in all cases failing which recovery of useful stone i.e. 74.49 cum @ 300 per cum shall be deducted from the contractor each running bill on prorate basis the course of excavation shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have duly compensated by him in all respect.

Excavation in soil in Hilly Area by manual means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with a lift upto 1.5 m and a lead upto 20 m as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1603.1

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203.PCC nominal mix 1:6:12(40mm aggregates) And curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203.PCC nominal mix 1:4:8(25mm aggregates) And curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone masonry in cement mortar for substructure complete as per drawing& technical specification Clause 702,704,1202 and1204 Random rubble masonry in cement motar(1:6 ) And curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall,return wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing & technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7

Back filling behind abutment , wingwall and return wall with granuaral material complete as per drawing and technicla specification clause 1204.3.8 including carrige material with in all leads and lifts as per direction of engineer- in -charge. specification clause 1301.
