Material and labour for finding out faults of 440 volt AC supply main panel/LT panel/AMF panel for submersible motors/ DG Set at Bana Singh Vihar Sewage collection Sump and STP by locating all faults and replacement of unservicaeble parts and components complete all as specified and directed as per the following:- (a) Repair of worn out /faulty internal wiring DC/AC for three phase motors & DG Set starting on and off with adeqaute and suitable size of copper conductor wire, connected with proper copper lugs and terminals through protection pipe/casing. Supply and fix in replacement automatic battery charger for DG set 12/24 volt,10 Amps of capcity to charge the battery 7AH to 220AH complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with Galvanized Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level, connected to and including GI iron strip of size 32x6 mm flat by means of GI bolts, nuts, and washers, protected by 40mm bore GI light grade ISI marked pipe upto and including test points. M & L for 'B' check of DG Sets of capacity 40KVA complete all as per following :-(i)Draining out engine/lubricant oil, flushing including filling fresh oil after drain out old oil by skilled tradesman of DG set including replacement of oil seal /chamber gasket. (ii)S& F in replacement lubricant oil filter element. (iii) S&F in replacement fuel filter element. (iv) S & F bypass filter element. (v) checking and applying grease to battery terminals and checking its specific gravity including topping of distilled water /acid as required. (vi) General cleaning of oil/fuel spills, grease spots etc.(vii) Checking of belt tension and adjusting as per requirement. (viii) Checking hose and fuel pipe and fix new if required.(ix) Checking of vibration damper,turbo charger, inlet outlet exhaust manifold,fan hub and water pump. Note:- Cost of oil Filter element, fuel filter, bypass filter element are included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

M & L for 'B' check of DG Sets of capacity 100KVA complete all as per following :-(i)Draining out engine/lubricant oil, flushing including filling fresh oil after drain out old oil by skilled tradesman of DG set including replacement of oil pan /chamber gasket. (ii)S& F in replacement lubricant oil filter element. (iii) S&F in replacement fuel filter element. (iv) S & F bypass filter element. Cleaning and removing sludge from walls /floor of one Nos Equilization tank alongwith stilling and grit chamber of 0.6 MLD capacity STP, with the help of pressure jet pump & other required equipments and depositing where directed by Engineer - in - Charge at a radial distance of 100 mtr away from outer wall of STP complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and removing sludge from walls /floor of one Nos treated water tank alongwith its chamber of 0.6 MLD capacity STP, with the help of pressure jet pump & other required equipments and depositing where directed by Engineer - in - Charge at a radial distance of 100 mtr away from outer wall of STP complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and removing of sludge from walls/floor of tube settler tank/clarifier of 0.6 MLD Capcity STP size after taking out the tube settler media including cleaning of filter feed tank with the help of pressure jet pump & other required equipments and depositing wher directed at a distance 100 mtr away from outer wall of STP including taking out old rusted wire mesh of sizes from tube settler media and cleaning the tube settler after all cleaning fixing wire mesh of same size with the tube settler and fixed in original position in the tube settler tank including painting to steel surfaces by using black bitumen paint and white wash to walls complete all as directed.

Note :- cost of any joint/welding/fabrication is included in this item.

Dismantling the electric induction motor AC 3 Phase, capacity 2 to 3.0 HP, 440 V, 1440 RPM, 50 Cycle of any make and type from the foundation and pump after disconnecting electric cable connection and earthing etc. and transportation to civil workshop for repair/rewinding, strip opening the motor and removing of defective burnt winding, rewinding the motor after cleaning the rotor and stator with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable turn and gauge as per the original with proper insulation including varnishing, providing all high grade material and class ‘B’ varnish for insulation, re-assembling the complete motor and installing at site with electric cable connection, earthing and testing the motor on full load at site after coupling the pump for its serviceability up to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

All as per srl item No. 79 here-in-before but electric motor of capacity 4 to 5 HP. Note for serial item No. 79 to 80 :- (i) Super enameled copper winding wire shall be measured and paid under this item and nothing will be paid extra on this account. (ii) Ball bearing if required shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ as supply only. (iii) The T & P/vehicles etc.will be arranged by the contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iv) Any minor repairs such as re-matling/filling,grinding,welding and minor spares such as nuts,bolts,washers,'O' rings etc are deemed to be inclusive of the quoted rates.

Disconnecting the centrifugal/monoblock pumping sets of capacity 2 to 3 HP any make and model from motor and all water connections and removing/taking up from foundation transporting to civil workshop for repair opening and repairing of pumping sets by changing defective/unserviceable parts such as bearing,shaft,impeller,bush,gland plate etc complete.Re-assembling including oiling greasing replacement of worn out nuts,bolts gasket etc,and installing in its original position at site making all connection ,commissioning and testing etc complete all as directed.

All as per srl item No. 81 here-in-before but centrifugal/monoblock pumping set of Capacity 4 to 5 HP. Notes for serial item No. 81 to 82: (i) Ball bearing shaft impeller bush gland plate & stuffing box packing etc replaced as per requirement shall be measured and paid separetly under appropriate item of this BOQ as supply only. (ii) The rates for minor repair of all other minor items essential for functioning the pump are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) The T & P /vehicles etc will be arranged by the contractor and cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply only cast iron impeller suitable for centrifugal/monoblock pumping set of Capacity 2 to 3 HP. Make- Kirloskar as per Sample complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note :- (i) Payment shall be measured and paid as per actual weight of Mild steel material . The weight of paint shall not be considered when weighing the material. M&L for PCC Type C2 (1:3:6) in foundation filling/Angle iron filling work including demolition of existing etc all as specified and directed

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved in plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:4) using old size bricks including demolition of old structure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of existing 100mm dia MS pipe for suction of pumps and making necessary joints/welding/atteching flenges for ends, inserting standless steel filter strainer suitable for 100mm existing dia pipe complete all as specfied and directed. Note. 1. Cost of cutting/welding is included in this item. 2. Cost of stainless steel strainder of thickness not less than 3.5mm with seals is included in this item.
