Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise sepcifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks as in half brick thick wall built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8, Type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in foundation, filing and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finshed even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed

Returning,filling in,including spreading,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) as in cover slabs, culverts etc of any description and if any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab and set in cm 1:6 including necessary form work and moulds complete as specified and as directed

M & L for reinforcement with 8mm dia mild steel TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking bending spirally for hooping for coloumns hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work (laid flate or on edge) or brick tiles laid bedded &pointed in any mortar in channel,kerbs etc complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old class 'B' Bricks laid flat, in floor bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified

M&L for broken stone boulders Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified.

M&L 50 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in harsdstanding/footpath, surface to be finished even and fair including laid in alternate bays and joint to be filled with bitumen filler complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 60mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658- 2006 M-35 grade, laid as directed to any shape. Complete all as specified and as directed

M& L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling (wood or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed portion posts embeded in natural ground.

Dismantling struts (wood or RCC)any section including taking out embeded portion and making good distrubed portion posts embedded in concrete.

Taking down old fencing barbed wire complete all as specified.

Excavation in post hole each n.exc. 0.5 cum and getting out in soft/loose soil incl returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm watering removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surfaces complete all as directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2(using 40mm graded stone agg) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

S & F mild steel angles or tee sections, fixed independently , without connecting plates etc as in splited end fencing post Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A including drilling holes complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be filled with washers and one hexagonal or square nut 5 to 10mm dia shank and exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link fencing with 4mm dia galvanised steel wire ,size of mesh 100mmx100mm complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires , any mesh, size and type to any type of standard, rails , straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel flat iron (conforming to Fe -410- 0 or Fe-310-0) for securing fencing post including drilling holes, for screwing bolts etc complete all as specified.

M&L for preparetion of new steel and iron surfaces of any description any in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over priming coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanished 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or typing at crossing with and provision of galvanished MS wire, staples or steel pins etc (Each line wire to be measured separately.)

S&F in repairs razor edge concertina coil, 750 mm dia, consisting of spirals with sharp edged tape of 0.5mm thick crimped to 2.6 mm dia high tensile steel wire duly galvanized as per IS 4454 with scrapper barb having 51 spirals with 125 chips(when streched to a length of 6 meter, weight of each coil shall be 8 to 9 Kg appoximately ) and fixed to MS frame work 'Y' shaped and placed at 1.5 m apart and tied with GI staples/clips to retain horizontal including provision of necessary bolts, nuts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm dia and over mild steel TMT bar cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with M.S wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips or weding all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia, cut to length,bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

M&L for Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) In precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) In precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq. cm and n.exc 250 Sq cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in slabs supported on wall , beams and column and similar works complete all as specified and directed

Use and waste Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed.
