Returning, filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n. exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L sand cushioning, with dry and clean fine locally available sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15cm after laying and punned to 18cm after laying of cable complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

S&F in replacement of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, back plates, angle iron/ flat in any size fabricated from structural steel section, including nuts, bolts, washers, welding (incl wleding at site), bending cold or hot, drilling hole for botls, in any shape or size including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Painting of Aluminium pole, flat iron clamps, Junction boxes of security lights on poles fabricated from mild steel including nuts, bolts, washers, with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning/ removal of dust etc. for preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping of poles etc including weathering slightly roundded or chamfered angle and throating necessary form work finishing all exposed faces of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. ( Volume of poles/struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted. )

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation of electric poles/struts etc including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material and labour for pre stressed concrete poles LT 9 Mtr long 102mmx 172mm at top and 102 mmx279 mm at bottom class-10 complying with reqirement of IS 1678-1978 including painting of pole with two coat of synthetic enamel paint with black and white strips of 30 cm each upto 1.5 Mtr height from the top of PCC coping and numberintg of poles all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning and maintenance of existing earth pit by removing the muck/mud from the earth pit, cleaning the funnel wiremess, watering, the earth pit with salt and coal and making the good surface of earth pit and cover by plastering with CM 1:4 and connecting the earth from earth pit to testing point with GI strip 32x6mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) GI strip shall be measured and paid separatley under respective item of BOQ. (ii) Result of Earthing after maintenance should be less than 5 Ohms. If not achieved than maintenance should be redone without any extra cost.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator made out of precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia MS bars of semicercular shape 15 cm dia 10 mm thick duly engraved MES LT cable having RCC piller of size 10 cm x 10 cm x 60 cm embedded 45 cm below ground level and 15 cm above ground level and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint above ground level including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth Lead wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanised iron all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, connected to GODO / Lightening arrester / LT panel all as specified including GI pipe 20 mm bore medium grade for watering, PCC chamber using PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 CI frame and cover, funnel and wiremesh, all excavation and earth work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed 1 m away from the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in a slanting manner complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(ii) The portion of GI strip burried in ground shall be protected by providing GI pipe 40 mm dia medium grade, the cost of which is deemed to be included in the quoted rates complete all as specified and directed (iii) Result of Earthing should be less than 2 Ohms. If not achieved earthing will be redone by contractor without any extra cost till acheiving of satisfactory result.

Reuse of existing old brick by laying only brick protection across the cable retrieve against serial item Nos 6 to 11 of BOQ complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repairing LT panel board by necessary welding to door hinges, and fixing the sliding bolt for proper locking arrangement and making all electical connection including replacement of rubber beading spray painting to the electrical panel by scraping old paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
