Supply of workshop Main DB comprising with suitable way of 1 No.400A, 4P, 50 KA, MCCB as incomer and 9 Nos. 100A, 4P, 25 KA, MCCB as outgoing circuits with suitable copper wires/busbars for each phase and neutral along with all other components and accessories at Ground floor as detailed in Schedule ‘A’.

Installation of above Workshop Main DB as per Schedule ‘A’.

Supply of suitable Way for Welding workshop DB comprising of 1 No.100A, 4P, 25KA, MCCB as incomer and 4 Nos. 32A, TPN, MCB, 2 Nos. 20A, TPN, MCB and 2 Nos. 10A, DP, MCBas outgoing along with all other components and accessories as per Schedule ‘A’.

Installation of Welding workshop DB of above Sl.No.3 as per Schedule ‘A’.

Supply of suitable Way for Boat repair/ Electrical / Engineering / lathe workshop DBs comprising of 1 No.63A, 4P,15KA, MCCB as incomer and 2 Nos. 32A, TPN, MCB, 2 Nos. 20A, TPN, MCB and 2 Nos. 10A, TPN, MCB as outgoing along with all other components and accessories as per Schedule ‘A’.

Installation of above Boat repair/ Electrical / Engineering / lathe workshop DBs as per Schedule ‘A’.

Supply of ACDB with suitable way comprising of 1 No.100A, 4P, 25 KA, MCCB as incomer and 15Nos. 20A, DP, MCB as outgoing circuits with suitable copper wires/busbars for each phase and neutral along with all other components as per Schedule ‘A’ for Ground floor and First floor. (2 No. each floor)

Installation of above ACDB at Ground floor and First Floor. (2 No. each floor).

Supply of suitable Way for Power DB comprising of 1 No.63A, TPN, MCB as incomer and 15 Nos. 16A, DP, MCBas outgoing along with all other components and accessories as per Schedule ‘A’ Ground floor and First Floor (2 No. each floor).

Installation of above Power DB as per Schedule ‘A’ at Ground floor and First Floor (2 No. each floor).

Supply of Lighting DB with suitable way comprising of 1 No.32A, TPN, MCB as incomer, 15Nos. 10A, SP, MCB as outgoing along with suitable copper wires/busbars for each phase and neutral along with all other components and accessories at Ground floor and First floor.

Installation of above Lighting DB at Ground floor and First floor (4 No. each floor).

Supply of the following L.T. under ground cable of 1100V galvanized steel strip armoured XLPE cable with stranded Aluminium conductor conforming to IS. 7098 Part I with latest amendments. i) 3 ½ core 240 sq. mm L.T. XLPE cable.

ii) Supply of 3 ½ core 70 sq. mm L.T. XLPE cable.

iii) Supply of 3 ½ core 50 sq. mm L.T. XLPE cable.

iv) Supply of 3 ½ core 25 sq. mm L.T. XLPE cable.

v) Supply of 4 core 16 sq.mm

a) For 3 ½ core 240 sq.mm cable i) Laying of the above cable through proposed trench and re-closing the trench to the original.

ii) Laying of the above cable through GI pipe across the cement road.

iii) Laying of the above cable in clamping on the wharf with G.I clamp of equal interval.

b) For 3 ½ core 70 sq.mm cable i) Laying of the above cable in clamping on the wall with G.I clamp of equal interval distance.

c) For 3 ½ core 50 sq.mm cable i) Laying of the above cable in clamping on the wall with G.I clamp of equal interval distance.

d) For 3 ½ core 25 sq.mm cable i) Laying of the above cable in clamping on the wall with G.I clamp of equal interval distance.

e) For 4 core 16 sq.mm cable i) Laying of the above cable in clamping on the wall with G.I clamp of equal interval distance.

Supply of all materials and accessories to carry out the surface/concealed conduit wiring by using suitable size of PVC with 2 runs 4 sq.mm and one run of 2.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor wires from LDBs/PDB/ ACDB to SSB, 15A plug, computer plug and AC MCB for ground and first floor.

Supply of all materials and accessories to carry out the surface/concealed conduit wiring by using suitable size of PVC/case and capping with 2 runs 2.5 Sq.mm and one run of 1.0 Sq.mm, PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor wires for fans, light fittings etc, through connected junction/ inspection boxes along with modular flush type control switch along with base plates and ceiling rose including terminations wherever necessary from modular type sub switch board to individual points.

Supply of one number 20A, DP, MCB with suitable metal type enclosure for AC (C series MCB) at ground and first floor.

Installation of above AC switch at ground and first floor.

Supply of all materials and accessories to carry out with 2 Nos.5A modular type switch and socket outlet along with base plates including its supply along with suitable box at ground and first floor.

Installation of above 2 Nos. 5 A switch and socket in the suitable at ground and first floor.

Supply of all materials and accessories for 16A/15A modular type switch and socket outlet along with base plates and indication including its supply along with suitable box for ground and first floor.

Installation of above 16 A / 15 A switch and socket at ground and first floor.

Supply of all materials and accessories of 5Amps switch and socket outlet to be mounted in the modular type sub switch board itself including the supply of 5Amps modular switch and socket outlet with control switch and base plates and wiring to the plug for ground and first floor.
