Dismantling the aluminium glazed window and removing safely for re-use the window glass as directed by the department Engineer in-charge including labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Dismantling the RCC platform safely and and disposing the debris far away from the site with lead of 3 Km as directed by the department Engineer in-charge including labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Dismantling the PVC chemical water pipe line PCC guard and disposing the debris far away from the site with lead of 3 Km as directed by the department Engineer in-charge including labour charges, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Removing the existing phenol bonded perforated particle board ceiling carefully for re-use in the same location as directed by the department Engineer in-charge including labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing RCC 1:2:4 using 20mm HBG downgraded metal as directed by the department Engineer in-charge including cost of all materials, all labour charges including shuttering charges, curing, all lead & lift etc., complete but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of steel using M.S/RTS rods for platform slab including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing acid resistant tiles of size 300x300x10mm thick laid in C.M 1:2 10mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.40Kg/m2 including finishing the joints and flush pointing with tiles surfaces as directed by the department Engineer in-charge including cost of all materials, all labour charges including curing, all lead & lift etc., complete.

Plastering with CM 1:3, 12 mm thick and finishing the surface neatly including cost of all materials including chipping and removing the loose particles in the damaged wall, labour charges ,curing ,all lead, lift and conveyance of materials etc., complete

colour washing two coats using best quality oil bound distemper of approved colour for inner walls and ceiling as directed by the department Engineer in-charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Painting with two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved quality and colour to the existing phenol bonded perforated particle board as directed by the department Engineer in-charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, removing the old paint, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Painting with two coats of enamel paint of approved quality and colour as directed by the department Engineer in-charge including cost of all labour charges, hiring of T&P's, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing anodized aluminium glazed single leaf door having outer frame 63.50x38.10 x2.50mm thick size (weight not less than 1.296kg/m) and shutter vertical frame of size 47.62x44.25x2.50mm thick of (weight not less than 1.05kg/m) and 100x44.45mmx2.50mm thick section (weight not less than 1.59kg/m) for horizontal frames with 4mm thick plain glass shutter including cost of all materials, aluminium beeding, rubber beading, Automatic door closer, tower bolt, door lock, aluminium handle 200mm long, aluminium cleat algles, lock arrangements, hinges, handles, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of M.S plain sheeted (18G) single leaf door of required size using M.S. Angle of size 45x45x6mm for outer frame and 35x35x6mm size angle for shutter frame and bracing and shutter with 16gauge M.S. Sheet including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the department engineer at site.

Replacement of existing damaged aluminium glazed double leaf inner door using new 45X45mm anodized aluminium section of weight not less than 1.03Kg/m for Vertical frames and 100X45mm anodized aluminium section with weight not less than 1.48Kg/m for Horizontal frames and 4mm thick plain glass of approved quality including cost of all materials, aluminium beading, rubber beading, woolen felt, floor springs, Pivots, locking arrangements, handles, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of solid PVC door for room using 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames 15mm MS square tubes for top lock and botom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm X 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm X 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm X 45mm with rebate for housing the shutter including cost of materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Re-fixing the existing phenol bonded perforated particle board as a false ceiling in correct position as directed by the department Engineer in-charge including cost of all labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.
