OUTSOURCING FOR MANNING AND OPERATION OF ELECTRICAL SUB STATION, LIFT, E/M INSTALLATIONS PUMP HOUSES AND DG SETS FOR CDA AND NCC COMPLEX AT PATNA UNDER GE DANAPUR

Outsourcing of services for uninterrupted operation of passenger lift of capacity of 884 Kg - 02 Nos of Make- OMEX and goods lift of capacity of 2000 Kg - 01 No of Make - OTIS, installed in CDA building Patna including daily / weekly / monthly maintenance and cleaning of lifts daily, by deploying 02 Nos skilled lift attendant for three lift in 01 shift per day of 8 Hrs excluding Sundays & holidays) with all necessary tools & equipments as directed including first hand minor repair upto Rs 500/- quarterly complete all as specified and directed . NOTE : (i). Numbers of Skilled Lift Attendent in a shift = 2 (Two) Nos (One for two Nos passenger Lift and one for goods lift). (ii). Timing of shift shall be as decided by Engr-in-Charge as per operational requiremen (iii). The personnel deployed by the contractor must have ITI Certificate in relevant trade and haivng minimum 04 years of practical experience.

Outsourcing of services for uninterrupted operation of DG sets installations (having DG set of any make and capacity) installed in MES power house and Electrical Sub stations - 03 Nos of CDA building Patna for stand by power supply by employing one skilled operator (electrician) per shift of eight hours( for duration 24 hours i.e. in 3 (Three) shifts per day) including sunday and holidays with all necessary tools & equipments as directed including first hand minor repair upto Rs 500/- quarterly including painting of equipments etc and cleaning / cuttings of grass roots, herbs in the area complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The personnel deployed by the contractor must have ITI Certificate in relevant trade and haivng minimum 04 years of practical experience.

Outsourcing of services for uninterrupted operation of pumping set installation with submersible / monoblock / Centrifugal pump sets for pumping and storage, bleaching powder dozer & chloronome plant of any capacity and type and maintenance of LT control panels board, starters, change over switches including all connected accessories and carry out treatment of water as per norms by adequate dozes / mixing of alum, lime, bleaching powder, and altoch etc to maintain to 2 PPM in pumping stage by employing adequate number of operators( skilled FGM) , adequately qualified, in each shift of 8 (eight) Hrs (for duration of 16 Hrs, i.e. in 2 (Two) shifts per day) including sunday and holidays with all necessary tools & equipments as directed including first hand minor repair upto Rs 500/- quarterly such as fixing of gland, replacement of packings, repair of electric junction connection, painting of equipments etc and cleaning / cuttings of grass roots, herbs in the area complete all as specified and directed at the following locations :- (a) CDA / NCC Dte building at Patna Note :- (i) The personnel deployed by the contractor must have ITI Certificate in relevant trade and haivng minimum 04 years of practical experience.

Outsourcing of services for Noting and recording the readings of electric consumptions of electronic energy meters of any type and any capacity located at different consumers premises (commence w.e.f 1st of each month for 26 days) for Married officers accommodations, Single officers accommodations, PBORs Md accommodations,Private parties including bulk consumers i.e Offrs MESS, Schools, CSD, URC etc), staff of KV School, MES/Defence Civilian accommodation etc. situated in Danapur Cantt and CDA Complex, NCC Dte Patna and all various Units of Mil Station under GE Danapur on monthly basis by deploying adequate menpower / meter reader (Minimum 02 Nos) on all working days except sunday and holidays for approximate 1195 electric meters for 11 months. ie-1195x11=13145 Meters (approx) including followings :-

(a) Entering the readings in user's Meter Reading Cards and also entering in a seperate register held with meter reader duly signed by users of respective premises including entry in auditable Meter Reader Book and submitting the data upto 10th of each month to BSO or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Entering and updating the rentable register as per occupation/vacation reports of all officers accommodation as per allotment and PBORs Md accommodation as per reports recd from respective on monthly basis.

(c) Entering the vacant accn in the register of vacant qtrs on monthly basis and Submitting the report/register to BSO ,GE Danapur every Month before 10th day. (d) Preparing following documents of all residential / domestic Govt" accommodations / Private and commercial consumers defence civilians/MES key personnels residing in Govt' accns:- (i) Feeding the recorded reading data to central computer in BSO office every month for each consumer. (ii) Preparing the Return of recoveries for electric consumption as per required format quarterly for all service officers and PBORs only. (iii) Submitting the RR to BSO GE Danapur. every quarter before 10th day. (e) The contractor shall arrange to provide 1 x Computer (desk top) with printer & power back up and CD driver facility required for prepartion/uploading of bills for data entry operators during entire contract period and may take back after completion of contract after deleting / formating of entire datas. The computer and other connected periperhals are under custodian of Engineer-in-Charge for contract period. The cost of this shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (f). Assist the Revenue I/C and BSO during the data feeding in "Raksha Awaas Portal"
