M&L for comprehensive maintenance through routine preventive, routine breakdown, and overhauling maintenance services for the complete Boiler Plant featuring a 600 kg/hr Non-IBR Type Steam Boiler Qty 3 Nos manufactured by M/s Thermax Limited, including all associated utilities and auxiliaries. The scope of work and measurement criteria shall be governed by the following terms: 1. OEM (MOU) The bidder must possess a valid, legally binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), M/S Thermax / Maxotherm, valid for the entire contract tenure. Certified proof of this MOU must be submitted with the technical bid. Major technical overhauls and critical troubleshooting must be certified or executed by Thermax-authorized personnel. 2. Scope of Services Preventive Maintenance: Scheduled monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance checks, combustion tuning, safety interlock testing, and calibration as per the Thermax service manual. Breakdown Support: 24/7 emergency breakdown attendance to restore the boiler to operational status. Labor & Tools: Provision of all skilled/semi-skilled manpower, specialized diagnostic tools, and tackles required to execute repairs and overhauls. 3. Measurement & Payment of Spare Parts Any spare parts, components, gaskets, valves, refractory materials, or consumables required during preventive or breakdown maintenance shall not be included in the lump-sum service rate. All replaced spare parts shall be measured, verified, and paid for separately under the respective individual items listed in the schedule of this BOQ. Only genuine OEM (Thermax) spare parts shall be utilized.
