Demolishing mud phaska in terracing and disposal of material within 50 metres lead. (HSR 5.11)

Demolishing brick tile covering in terracing including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. (HSR 5.14)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 4 graded cum stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (HSR 6.1.2)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (HSR 11.60)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having voe content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work (HSR 11.65.1)

Preparation of ply wood surface for painting including sand papering the surface and applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of white lead, linseed oil, varnish and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to required finish complete. (HSR 11.76)

Applying pink primer or aluminium priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface, Knotting and stopping etc. (HSR 11.77)

Providing and fixing of roller blinds on windows complete with material and labour complete with push up & down arrangement as per approved design /colour and Engineer-in-charge. (HSR 12.114)

Cutting holes up to 23 cm through stone masonry or brick work in cement walls for pipes and making good including repointing, replastering and finishing according to existing finish where required 22.86 cm thick wall (HSR 20.26.2)

Fixing and jointing gun metal peet valves (heavy pattern) with hand wheels, on G.I. pipelines laid in the ground or inside buildings, including cartage from divisional stores or nearest railway station to site of works 20 mm internal diametre (HSR 20.31.2)
