REPAIR/REPLACEMENT/MAINT OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION, FITTING, FIXTURES, SUMMER APPLIANCES , HOT WATER APPLIANCES, EARTHING PITS, LIGHTENING ARRESTORS , FLAME PROOF FITTINGS AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN CHANDINAGAR UNDER AOR OF GE (AF) FARIDABAD

Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring (light, Socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses pendents, regulators, sockets etc for taking credit to be measured separetly including making good the disturbed portion/surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with colour coding multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated and (FRLS) unsheathed size 1.5 sqmm with PVC concealed Conduit ( dia not les than 25 mm) with fixing accessories for one light /fan/bell point controlled by one switch with pressed steel concealed terminal boxes covered with 3mm thick laminated sheet incl. contineous earth wire of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable size 1.5 Sqmm for earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 02 above but for one 3/5 pin socket 5 Amp on same board, with 1.5sqmm wire with 1.5sqmm earth wire.

All as per item No 02 above but for one 3/5 pin socket 5 Amp on independent board with 1.5sqmmwire with 1.5sqmm earth wire .

All as per item No 02 above but for 3 pins socket outlet 15 Amps independent with 4.0 sq mm incl contineous earthing with multistandred copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed size 4.0 Sq mm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (For item 02 to 05 ) Cost making good disturbed surface below existing point wiring taken out vide item No 02 and cutting chases and making good of disturbed surfaces by cement & sand mortar (1:3) and surface finish as per adjustment surface conduit and all accessories as required for concealed point wiring vide item No 02 to 05 as applicable shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against these items.
