ANNUAL GRASS CUTTING AND ANNUAL MAINTENANCE WORK OF MULSIFIRE SYSTEM INSTALLED AT 220KV SUBSTATION NEEBKARORI UNDER ETD-FATEHGARH

Cutting of Kanns grass with the help of phawrah in outdoor switchyard and between security & pale fencing and other places at the Substation. The job includes throwing the removed grass and other vegetation's outside the sub-station premises distance approx 500 m qty. 14000 m2 x 4time= 56000 m2.

Cutting of various size small & medium trees populated in outdoor switchyards, between security & pale fencing as well as around the outer periphery of security fencing upto minimum distance of 3-10 m and works also includes throwing out the removed small & medium trees and other unwanted vegetation's outside the substation.

Periodical maintenance of mulsifire system and diesel pump etc as per following technical specification at 220 kv s/s Neebkarori. 1)General cleaning, attending water leakage from water pipe lines, nozzels, pump, valve, glands etc. 2)Maintenance of jockey/main/diesel pump including changing of glands, rubber gaskets etc. 3)Maintenance/repair of all valve such as foot valves, non return valves, stop valve and sluice valve including replacement of glands, packing etc. proper oiling and greasing of spindle. 4)Maintenance of control and annunciation panel of mulsifire system including topping-up of distilled water in its battery. 5)Checking of engine oil level, fuel oil level, checking of fuel oil/oil filter, topping up distilled water in its battery, checking maintaining engine coolant level, checking and cleaning of air filter. 6)Changing engine coolant, oil filter, fuel filter. 7)Cleaning of main tank one time during the contract period. 8)Calibration of pressure switches. Note : All spares e.g. glands, packing, gaskets etc will be provided by the department free of cost.
