APPROACH ROAD

Clearing and grubbing road land including up rooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. (I)By Manual Means (A)In area of non thorny jungle. Qnty = 0.55 x 8.500= 4.675 sq.m = 0.0004675 Hect.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift up to 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (a) Private Land.

Construction of Sub-Grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead up to 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 (a) Private Land.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. (ii) For Grading II Material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A) By Manual Means. 3) Grading No.III 53-22.4 mm with screening material type-B

Providing and applying interlocking concrete block pavement having thickness 80 mm as per technical specification. A) including edge block/ edge restraints.

BOUNDARY WALL & EARTH FILLING

Earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps, septic tank etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified. (A) Upto a depth of 2.00 m below the existing G.L. In ordinary soil

Providing brick soling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete. (a).Brick on flat soling.

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). (a). In prop. 1:3: 6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand : 6 coarse agg. by volume (using mixture machine)

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete (upto 1st floor level). b) Other ISI approved TMT reinforcement bar (SAI/BISCON/THERMAX) (For Assam Type Bldg., drain works,,retaining wall&boundary wall etc. .

Providing form work of 12mm thick Plywood Board so as to give a rough finish including centering, shattering, strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: Columns, Pillars, Posts & Strut of square/ rectangular/ polygonal in plan or any shape like Tee/L etc. having plane vertical face

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement croncrete works cement with coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately) (I) Using mixture machine (A) In sub - structure up to plinth level Foundation, footing, columns with base tie and plinth beam, pile cap, base slab, retaining walls, walls of septic tank, inspection pit and the like and other works not less than 100mm thick up to plinth level. (N) with out admixture, plasticiser (b) M20 grade concrete ro prop. 1:1.5:3

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement croncrete works cement with coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately) (I) Using mixture machine (B) In super structure from plinth level up to 1st floor level (ii) Columns, pillars, posts, struts, suspended floor, roof, landing, shelf and support, balcony, lintel, sill band, beam, girder, bressumer, cantilever, staircase (except spiral staircase and landing ) including preparing the top surface and finishing of nosing. Brick work in cement morter with 1st class brick including racking out joints and dewatering if necessary, and curing complete as directed . (I) In sub-structure up to plinth level including dewatering if necessary (b) In proportion 1:4

112 mm thick 1st class brick nogged wall in cement mortar including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structure above plinth up to 1st floor level (protruding M.S rod/Tor steel of column to be embeded in cement mortar and will be measured and paid separately) A) 112 mm thick brick wall (a). In cement mortar in proportion 1:4.(1 cement:4 sand)

15 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. (A) On rough side (b) In Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand )

a) Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

b) Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Supplying, fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate, frame made from 50mm x 6mm M.S. flat iron with another horizontal flat at the middle, 20mm dia M.S bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to top flat and 20 mm dia M.S. bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to middle flat including drilling, welding etc. complete.

Raising low site around the building with approved soil obtained from outside by truck carriage including breaking clods, dressing etc. complete including paying necessary land compensation, municipal gate fees, if any monopoly duty etc. (profile measurement to be taken and 12.5% deduction for shrinkage to be made from total quantityetc. complete as directed and specified, including forest royality within a distance of 8.00Km. (Forest royality shall be reimbrushed on production of necessary certificate from the forest authority duly countersigned by D.F.O. concerned).
