M&L Preparation of old plastered wall surfaces by washing, rubbing, brooming down or steel wire brushing or scraping down smoke soot, moulds, mass and efflorescent slats, and applying one coat of white wash on walls.

All as per item no.1 above but on ceiling

M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including cornices and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper complete.

All as per item no.4 above but on ceiling.

M&L Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel work of any description exc 10 cm width or grith not otherwise specified and applying one coat of syntheic enemal paint.

All as per item no. 5 above but wooden surfaces

M&L Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applaying one coat of Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified

M&L for cleaning thoroughly stained surfaces of ceramic tiles/kota stones in bathroom, toilet and kitchen etc, using Hydrochloric acid/suitable cleaning agent with required concentration, keeping the area dry and in good hygienic condition complete all as specified and as directed.
