Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling (fixed at any portion but not backing) including cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish off the premises (outside MD land) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade coloured vitrified ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointing in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick rectified glossy (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11Sqm in floors etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over, including 15mm thick screed bed (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Glazed ceramic tiles coloured of size 450X 300X 7mm laid on vertical surface such as dado/skirting over cement mortar backing coat, set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including 15mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified and directed

S&F 20mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings concealed on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including fixing of pipes in wall with clamps complete all as specified.

S&F as in repairs 15mm fancy type chromium plated Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repairs brass chromium plated shower rose 100mm dia including 160mm long shower arm casted body round shape for wall mounted shower including fixed to 15mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted Galvalume Aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching, coping, cills steps, parapets, railings up to 60cm in height, water troughs and the like rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of old/new steel surafces & apply two coats of Heat resistance paint, complete all as specified.

S&F steel rolling shutters of 1.25mm thickness of laths, without ball bearing as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple, erected in position as indicated, complete push pull or manual type including painting of rolling shutter with two coats of synthetic enamle paint over one caot of red oxide complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, commissioning, wall split inverter air conditioner electric driven single phase comprising indoor and out door units of capacity 2 TR complete with cordless remote control unit minimum 4 star rating and EER- 3.2 & above. Compressor type, rotary, refrigerant including copper pipes with insulation, copper armoured cables for connection of indoor and out door unit upto 6 mtrs length and PVC drain pipe of size 15mm upto 6 mtrs complete all as specified and as directed.[Note :- Copper pipe with insulation upto 6 mtr including cable for connections and drain pipe upto 10 mtr are inclusive of rate quoted. ]

S&F DB 4 way Double door TPN type, 415 volt having protection IP-42, with 200 Amps rated bus bar connecting with existing wiring circuits by providing copper pin terminals of suitable size complete all as directed.

S & F MCB TPN 40 to 100 Amps, 415 volt, 10 KA rating complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCB SP 06-32 Amps, 10 KA, C curve, 240 volts rating complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix submain wiring with two single core FRLS unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm in and including PVC casing and caping of suitable dia, ISI marked including 1 single core cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm (green colour) for earthing.[Note :- (i) Two runs of 4Sqmm cable, 1 run of PVC casing & caping and 1 run of 4 Sqmm cable shall be measured as 1 RM.]

Supply and fix submain wiring 4 run x 10 sqmm + 1 run x 10 sqmm earth wire FRLS unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 10 Sqmm in and including PVC casing and caping of suitable dia, ISI marked including 1 single core cable with stranded copper conductor of size 10 sqmm (green colour) for earthing.[Note :- (i) Four runs of 10 Sqmm cable, 1 run of PVC casing & caping and 1 run of 10 Sqmm cable for earth shall be measured as 1 RM.]

Supply and fix copper tubing suitable for 2 Ton split AC for suction line and for liquid discharge line duly insulated with suitable insulation material including maiking hole in wall for passing through and making good disturbed surface complete.

S&F PVC drain pipe with necessary saddles of 25mm size to be used outlet drain for AC complete all as specified and directed.
