Installation & commissioning of different types of lighting fixtures including accessories, of Size: 2x2 ft, 1x4 ft, 1x1 ft, NEW or serviced in various locations including ZONE 2, 3, 4 area.

Installation of switch boards with switch, socket, fan regulator including power & earthing connections as per field requirement in various locations including ZONE 2, 3, 4 area.

Installation of flood lights/ high bay fixtures up to 250 watts for indoor /outdoor applications including ZONE 2, 3, 4 area.

Replacement of old street lighting fixture with New LED type street light

Installation of SFUs of 63 Amps / 125 Amps rating in any area including ZONE 2, 3, 4 area.

Installation of new ceiling/ wall mounted/ exhaust fans or Re installation of serviced fans including wiring connections

Discnnection & Removal of faulty ceiling/ Wall mounted/ Exhaust fans for major maintenance like over hauling.

Installation of 20/25mm dia 16 SWG rigid ERW GI conduit and accessories. GI conduit, couplers, bends, elbows, round JBs, rectangular JBs, saddles and spacers, ball & sockets, screws, lead rawl plug, check nuts, rubber bushing, GI clamps etc. required for the work shall be supplied by department in any area including ZONE 2, 3, 4 area.

Installation of 16 SWG GI Wire and accessories, GI clamps etc. Required items for the work shall be supplied by department in all areas.

Installation, termination, connection & testing of single run of 1.5, 2.5, 4.0 Sq. mm. 650/1100V grade PVC insulated copper conductor wire in the conduit installed in any area including ZONE 2, 3, 4 area.

Installation, termination connection & testing of single run of 6/10 sq. mm, 650/1100 V grade PVC insulated Copper/Aluminium wire in the conduit installed in any area including ZONE 2, 3, 4 area..

Installation & connection of 5/15/20 Amps. Single-phase receptacles in any area including ZONE 2, 3, 4 area.

Installation of 63 Amps three phase receptacles in any area including ZONE 2, 3, 4 area.

Installation, testing & commissioning of lighting panel/other panels of size 680mm x 460mm (Approx). Work includes shifting of panels to the location & handling.

Laying on the wall/beam/on floor chipping /clamping /welding/lugging of GI flat & connecting the bolt & nut as per the site requirement. GI flat / clamp / hardwares will be provided free of cost by NPCIL.

EXCAVATION OF CABLE TRENCH:- Excavation up to an average of 300mm wide and 400mm deep cable trench in any type of soil and laying of GI/HDPE conduit pipe up to 100 mm dia size. Work also includes Transporting the pipe from main stores, refilling of the trench with excavated soil, leveling the surface in good looking manner. All as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Installation of street light pole of size 7/9/11 Mtr. at the location shown by the engineer-in-charge. Contractor shall excavate pole pit of size 500mm(Width) x 500mm(Breadth) x 1700mm(Depth) or round shape and install the pole and concrete the pole pit with 1:2:4 20mm and down concrete mixtures including, pole trasportation from stores, shuttering & coping, etc. Installation of JB, cable glanding, connection, fixing of arm top and lighting fixtures as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of street light pole of size 7/9/11 Mtr. Height from the shown location, disconnection of cables, GI flat, GI pipe, removal of JB and dismantling of pole with concrete completely as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Attending electrical call duties regularly as per complaint received by different area in plant for EMCCR jobs, Temporory supply arrangment during BSD / plant operation and Carrying out alloted work for 12hrs continuously by one skilled worker in all areas including ZONE 2, 3, 4 as per instruction of EIC.

Assisting the Departmental personnel of Electrical Maintenance Unit during various maintenance / Unforeseen jobs by providing one semiskilled manpower for 8.00 hrs on continuous basis

EXCAVATION OF CABLE TRENCH:- Excavation of trench up to an average of 400mm wide and 600mm deep in any type of soil for laying of various size of cables. The cable shall be covered with bricks of size 9" X 4 1/2" X 3" on three sides of the cable (18 Nos. approximate per metre) along the length of the cable. The rever sand / M sand shall be spread 100 mm below & above the cable & then bricks shall be placed. The rest of the trench shall be filled with excavated soil. Work also includes leveling the surface in good looking manner. The supply of bricks & river sand / M sand is in the scope of contractor. All as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Installation of LT cable route indicators along the route of the cables at an interval as required at Site. The cable route indicator shall be drawn from central stores , to be shifted to required location, burried to a minimum depth of 400mm. The cable route indicators will be issued by department.

Cement conrete coping with finishing in neat manner of size approx as below for DBs, Route indicators, cable supports, pipe supports as instructed by EIC.Coping Size 0.2 x 0.4 x 0.2 mtrs approx.

Excavation of cable trench in any type of soil including laterite for removing of damaged / faulty cables. After removal & rectification of the cable, trench has to be backfilled and leveled In neat manner.

Cable laying of power cable 3.5C x 400 sq mm from contruction DG building to RCA shop and New Feeder shop And between PDB1 (RCA shop) & PDB2 (new feeder shop ) in trench/ pipe as per field routing.

Disconnection & removal of old PDB installed in RCA shop. Work includes disconnection of all power, control and earthing connections, removal cable glands, cutting & removal bas / side frames, Lifting and shifting of removed panel to shop / stores as directed by EIC.

Errection & commisioning of New MCC/ PDB of size 2500x2100x400 mm approx. Work includes Lifting and shifting of new panel from main stores up to location, installation of panel on base frame, levelling and errection, power / control & earthing connections, testing and charging the panel incomer and all outgoing feeders as directed by EIC.

Work includes Lifting and shifting of new panel from main stores up to location, installation of panel on base frame, levelling and errection, power / control & earthing connections, testing and charging the panel incomer and all outgoing feeders as directed by EIC.
