COMOUFLAGE PAINTING TO CERTAIN BLDS IN DOMESTIC AREA/TECHNICAL AREA OF AF STN ARJANGARH / PERIODICAL SERVICES/CAMOUFLAGE PAINTING TO CERTAIN BLDGS IN DOMESTIC /TECHNICAL AREA OF AF STN ARJANGARH UNDER GE (AF) GURGAON

M&L for preparation(complete removal of existing treatment) of old decorated external wall/ceiling/rppf surface of existing treatment by scrapping with Trucare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sand pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying Two coats of wheather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint ( Camouflage Pattern) over priming coat premium quality on wall/roof surface upto 4th storey buildings complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Stage for Preparation of surfaces shall be got approved from Engg-In-Charge before applying the finishes. (b) Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicator.

M&L for preparation of old treated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls/ceiling/roofs including cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot, filling cracks/holes with putty and applying one coat of wheather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint (Camouflage pattern) on walls complete . Note : (a) Stage for Preparation of surfaces shall be got approved from Engg-In-Charge before applying the finishes. (b) Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicator.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth by cleaning, sand papering, brushing with wire brushes, scrapping by steel scrappers etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint(Camouflage pattern) to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks complete all as specified .

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick,concrete or stone surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4)using water proofing compound, finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified.

M&L Preparing of new surface of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (Camouflage pattern)over a coat primer on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

M&L for repairing of RCC projection chhajjas,mumty roof bottom, facia etc by necessary preparation. Scraping cutting, chiseling derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 20mm graded stone aggt and reinforcement with welded mesh of weight 2 Kg per Sqm but n.exc 3 Kg per Sqm (if reqd) with or without facia and finished with cement and sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand and work in patches area n.exc 10 Sqm and thickness of RCC member n.exc 120 mm incl necessary formwork and applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces at any height complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (The rate quoted by the contractor shall included for welded mesh, scaffolding and necessary formwork upto triple storey bldg).

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified.
