Dismantling of fencing post or struts (RCC only section) including taking out embedded natural ground,portion straps, as direted by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 1 above but post embedded in concrete, including demolition of old concrete foundation complete.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type,complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 MM dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 MM dia or securing with iron clips.

All as per item No 5 above but 5 MM dia and over upto and including 10 MM dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M & L for MS steel round bar Fe-290 Grade-165 as (Nib) for holding barbed wire in post, fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed

M&L for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 MM graded aggregate) average sectional area exc 100 Sqcm and not exc 250 Sqcm with or without clamfered angle or mitered tops all as directed by Engr-in-chage (PCC foundation measured and paid) separately.

Supplied and fixing as in repair galvanized 2 steel barbed wire 2.24 dia with 2 MM dia barbed at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directe by Engr-in-charge (each line wire to be measured).

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft /loose soil

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in soft soil

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C- 2,(1:3:6) (40mm graded aggregate)

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L preparation new plaster surface and applying three coats of white wash on fencing post complete all as specified. Note:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount.
