Earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps, septic tank etc.including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removel of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified. (A) Upto a depth of 2.00 M below the existing G.L. (a) In Ordinary soil.

Providing brick soling in foundation and under floor with stone/best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewaterind, complete. (a) Brick on flat soling

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing, steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). (a) In prop. 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 coarse aggregrate by volume

Brick work in cement mortar with 1st class brick including racking out joints and curing complete as directed. (I) In substructure upto plinth level including dewatering if necessary. (a) In propotion 1:4

1st class brick nogged wall in cement morter including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structure above plinth upto 1st floor level (protruding M.S rod/Tor steel of column to be embeded in cement morter and will be measured and paid separetely). (A) 112mm thick wall. (a) In cement mortar in propotion 1:4 (1cement: 4 sand)

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevent I.S. code for R.C.C. work / R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete (No extra mesurement for lap, hook, chair,anchor etc. will be entertained in the measurement as they are included in the rate (Upto 1st floor level). a) Other ISI approved TMT reinforcement bar (SRMB / SAI / BISCON / X TECH) (For Assam Type Building, Drain works, Retaining wall & boundary wall etc.

6 (b) ISI approved Mild Steel reinforcement bar (M.S. Bar).

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works cement, coarse sand and 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work ( form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately) as directed( Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately). (A) In sub-structure upto plinth level Foundation, footing, columns with base tie and plinth beam, pile cap, base slab, retaining walls, walls of septic tank, inspection pit and the like and other works not less than 100 mm thick upto plinth level. (a) Without using admixture, plasticiser (a) M15 grade concrete or Prop. 1:2:4.

Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in .Foundation, footings, bases of columns, pile cap, raft and mass concrete etc. (a) Using 25mm thick plank.

Steel work riveted and / or bolted / riveted in built up sections, frame work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming red-lead paint upto 4.6m height above plinth level including drilling holes, supplying, fitting and fixing with bolts and nuts or welded, if necessary as diorected. (a) In beams and joists with connecting plates / angle cleats.

Providing, fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trussess fabricated using any one or Combination of following section of (i) Square Hollow Sections (ii) Rectangular Hollow Section of specification SHS/RHS and including purlins, bottom runners and proividing M.S. cleat , M.S. angle base plank, bolts and nuts with red oxide primer including fitting bottom runner and cleat etc. for fixing ceiling joist as per design complete as directed as per specification. (a) Using other ISI marked approved brand tube.

Labour for fitting and fixing Galvd. corrugated iron roofing including supplying and fixing with new galvd. Screw, J hook, bolts & nuts , washers etc. complete as directed.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick to cement concrete 1:3:6 with coarse aggregate of 20mm nominal size including fnishing the surface with 10mm thick cement plaster in proportion 1:3 with a floating coat of neat cement finished.

65 mm thick cement concrete floor consisting of 53mm under layer of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 Coarse sand: 6 Coarse aggregate of size 25mm down) and 12 mm thick wearingcoarse of cement sand plastering in prop. 1:2 laid in panels and finished with a floating caot of neat cement finish (using cement slurry for bond @ 2.75 Kg per square metre of floor area) including curing etc. complete as directed.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint / Berger paint / ICI paint / J & N paint / Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matters. i)Surface over 100mm in width or girth a)General purpose (Asian paint / Berger paint / ICI paint / J&N paint / Nerolac)

Painting one coat of old G.C.I sheets with ready mixed anticorrosive paint of approved brand and shade suitable for painting over G.C.I sheet to give an even shade includingthe cleaning the rust patches with emery paper, dust, dirt, grease and other foreign matter with water complete.
