M&L for second class hardwood plain fillets exc 13sqcm and not exc. 25sqcm, square or rectangular in section, wrought, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks(using old size burnt bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) including demolition of old brick work from its position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks (using old size burnt bricks) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4) including demolition of old brick work from its position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on one side of lathing in two separate layers even and smooth without using extra cement using water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement for finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including demolition of reed, lathing single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing with and including provision of GI wire netting 0.71 mm dia and 12 mm mesh lathing in to reed in walls incl all laps cutting and waste complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) on the other side of lathing finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A and painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint including preparation of surface at contractors workshop complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed for laying floor finishes in CM (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including dismantling of old tiles from its positions complete all as specified and as directed.
