SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I Outsourcing services for daily operation of electric driven pump sets and motors all installed in main sewage treatment plant and sump pump in the following locations including its periodical maintenance including Sunday and holiday for running the complete system of treatment plant for the following type/Capacity of pumping sets complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge:- (i) Katre Vihar (Main sewage treatment plant)/ SMQ area - 03 Shifts Type/Capacity of pumping sets :- (a) Horizontal Non clogging centrifugal pump with 5 HP Motor - 03 Nos (b) Horizontal non clogging centrifugal pump with 10/15 HP motor - 4Nos (c) Vertical non clogging pump with 7.5 HP motor - 01 No (d) Vertical non clogging pump with 10 HP motor - 04 Nos (e) Horizontal non clogging pump with 7.5 HP motor -02 Nos (f) Horizontal centrifugal pump with 3 HP motor - 02 Nos (g) Horizontal centrifugal pump with 1 HP motor - 02 Nos The services will include the following:- (Rate required to be quoted for execution of the work as described above shall also include sub item No. 1.00 to 1.05 for the following) (i) Three(03) Skilled operator (per shift of eight hours) per location.

(ii) ESI as per existing rules in respect of item No 1.00 above.

(iii) Employer's contribution towards EPF as per existing rules in respect of item No 1.00 above.

(iv) Contribution of Bonus in respect of item No 1.00 above. .

(v) Over head charges & profit .

(vi) LWC as per existing rules.

Outsourcing of services for daily operation of electric driven Lift (08 passengers) of MAKE : JOHNSON including its periodical maintenance at the following locations per shift per location including Sunday and Holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Doppler Building - 01 Shift (Note for item No. 1.00 to 2.05 : (i) All other activities of work for smooth functioning of sewage treatment plant, sump pump and lift as directed by the Engr-in-charge shall also be done and all efforts be made for getting 100 % trouble free service of STP/Lift and no extra payment is admissible on this account. (ii) Tools and minor maintenance items, torch light for night shift will be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Operator will operate all pumping set/sump pump/Lift which is coming within 1 KM area as per direction of Engr-in-charge (iv) Location of pump sets can be changed as per user requirement/direction of Engr-in-charge. (v) The operator are also responsible for keeping clean and tidy installation premises. The services will include the following:- (Rate required to be quoted for execution of the work as described above shall also include sub item No. 2.00 to 2.05 for the following) (i) Two(02) skilled lift operator (per shift of eight hours) per location.

(ii) ESI as per existing rules in respect of item No 2.00 above.

(iii) Employer's contribution towards EPF as per existing rules in respect of item No 2.00 above.

(iv) Contribution of Bonus in respect of item No 2.00 above. .

(v) Over head charges & profit .

(vi) LWC as per existing rules. NOTES for srl item No 1.00 to 2.05 above (i) Tenderer are requested to attach the latest order of Central Govt/ State Govt/ Local body towards minimum wages and statutory deductions towards EPF & ESI etc. (ii) Contractor is required to quote upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off two digits after decimal place in accordance with IS: 02 of 1960 (Revised 2016) of BIS. (iii) In case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates/instructions under any heading(s), the bid will be treated as non-bonafied/invalid and shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance. (iv) 'Nil' or 'Zero' quoting against OH & Profit will be treated as 'Non-bonafide'. (v) In case two or more firms quote the same rates, the preference will be given to the firm based on their capability such as Working capital, turn over of last 3 financial year ending prior to bid/ publishing date and list of similar nature work completed in last 3 years. (vi) The quoted rates shall inclusive of GST as applicable.

Taking out existing boulders ( size 75 to 200 mm) complete from primary bio filter bed of dia 8.20m, depth of boulders bed 1.6 m, cleaning the boulders using fresh water, cleaning bottom surface of the filter bed and re-filling the filter bed after cleaning boulders and removing the wastage /sediments out side defence land, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 03 above but from secondary bio filter of dia 10.10m and depth of boulders 1.6m complete all as directed.

Supply and lay boulders of size 75 mm to 200 mm in primary and secondary bio - filters complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out carefully reinforced pre-cast slab from bottom surface of primary bio filter during execution of Item No. 03 above in primary bio filter without any damage and cleaning, stacking carefully outside bio filter including necessary demolition of PCC at joints and removing the sludge thoroughly from the bottom channels of bio filter and relaying the serviceable old slab in position and in existing pattern including necessary setting & jointing of slab with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Material and labour for new slab shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking out carefully reinforced pre-cast slab from bottom surface of secondary bio filter during execution of Item 04 above in secondary bio filter without any damage and cleaning, stacking carefully outside bio filter including necessary demolition of PCC at joints and removing the sludge thoroughly from the bottom channels of bio filter and relaying the serviceable old slab in position and in existing pattern including necessary setting & jointing of slab with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Material and labour for new slab shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab in semi cylindrical shape, etc and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form, moulds, etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F TMT steel bars 6mm to 8mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old coarse sand from the drying beds and removing the same and depositing outside defence land at contractors own arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling approved course Sand on drying beds as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling the unserviceable parts and burnt out copper winding from stator of induction motor of capacity upto 5HP, 3 phase, 415V, 1450 RPM and rewinding the same with supper enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge including heating, varnishing, re-assembling and carrying out necessary tests in presence of the Engineer-in-Charge as per IE Rule to establish functional ability/desired performance of the repaired motor to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and test result kept on office record duly signed by the Engineer-in-charge and contractor.

All as per serial item No. 12 above but for 7.5 HP motor complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair DOL starter in sheet steel enclosure type MN16, 3 phase, 415 volts with MNX18 contactor suitable for 3 to 5 HP electric motor complete all as specified and directed (Make: C & S/LEGRAND/L&T/ABB/Havells or equivalent as per list of manufacturer)

Supply and fixing in repair star delta starter in powder coated enclosure with PU gasket suitable for 3 HP to 5 HP including all electric connection with Ammeter and volt meter on/off & trip indicator including protection against phase failure, phase imbalance, phase reversal complete all as specified and directed. (Make: C & S/LEGRAND/L&T/ABB/Havells or equivalent as per list of manufacturer)

Supply and fixing in repair star delta starter in powder coated enclosure with PU gasket suitable for 7.5 HP to 10 HP including all electric connection with Ammeter and volt meter on/off & trip indicator including protection against phase failure, phase imbalance, phase reversal complete all as specified and directed. (Make: C & S/LEGRAND/L&T/ABB/Havells or equivalent as per list of manufacturer)

Supply and fixing in repair rubber coupling /Spider coupling, flexible type suitable for 3 HP / 5 HP pump set complete all as directed.

Material and labour for taking out primary and secondary bio filters assembly complete for overhauling dismantling its components, cleaning internally, replacing of gaskets, applying of grease to the steel balls and re-assembling after completion of overhauling and including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing aluminium spray nozzle with provision of new GI nipple 40mm bore including dismantling of existing one complete all as directed.

Taking out vertical non-clog pump set 7.5 / 10 HP capacity from sewage sump, dismantling pump complete after disconnecting all electrical connections and repair/overhauling including replacement of worn out parts and reassembling and lowering in installation to its original place and testing complete all as directed. (Note : Spare required for replacement shall be measured and paid as 'supply only' under respective items here-in-below)

Taking out centrifugal non-clog horizontal type pump set of 7.5 HP capacity, dismantling pump complete after disconnecting all electrical connections and repair/overhauling/servicing and re-metalling of worn out portion of shaft and grinding/polishing, replacement of bush, gland packing, gland nuts, impeller key including filling of fresh lubricating oil in pedestal bearing oil chamber upto required level and greasing of bearing at non driving end and replacement of worn out other spares (as mentioned below to be measured and paid seperately) and re-assembling and re-installation to its original place and testing complete all as directed. (Note : Spare required for replacement shall be measured and paid as 'supply only' under respective items here-in-below)

Bailing out the sludge water including other foreign materials from sewage sumps of various sizes and depths as required by manually or by pumping with suitable pumping machinery and removing the same within 50 m distance and deposited in a pit to be excavated and covered with bamboo mating, disinfecting the pit with sufficient quantity of bleaching powder and earth filling including removing and refixing of manhole covers as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note: (i) The cost of Excavation and earth work for pit, bamboo matting, temporary barricade of the pit and providing sufficient bleaching powder shall deem to be included in the unit quoted rate (ii) Hiring charges and cost of fuel for sewage pump shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid in this account)

Taking out/Bailing out the sludge / semi solid materials including other foreign materials from sewage sumps of various sizes and depths upto 1.5m as required by manually or by pumping with suitable pumping machinery and taking out sludge/ semi solid materials / any other foreign materials from septic tanks etc and removing the sludge within 50 m distance and deposited in a pit to be excavated and covered with two layers of bamboo mating and earth filling upto 30cm depth of pit including removing and refixing of manhole covers as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note: (i) The cost of Excavation and earth work for pit, bamboo matting, temporary barricade of the pit and providing sufficient bleaching powder shall deem to be included in the unit quoted rate (ii) Hiring charges and cost of fuel for sewage pump shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid in thism account)
