Excavating trenches of required width for pipes,cables, etc including excavation for sockets and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms,depth upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering , etc.and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - All kinds of soil - Pipes,cables etc, exceeding 80mm dia but not exceeding 300 mm dia..

Dismantling C.I. Pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes manually / by mechanical means, breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into blocks including stacking of pipes, lead at site within 50m lead - Above 150mm dia upto 300mm dia.

Providing lead caulked joint to spun iron or C.I./D.I. pipes and specials including testing of the joints but excluding the cost of pig lead - 150 mm diameter pipe.

Providing lead caulked joint to spun iron or C.I./D.I. pipes and specials including testing of the joints but excluding the cost of pig lead - 200 mm diameter pipe.

Providing flanged joints to double flanged C.I./D.I. pipes and specials including necessary bolts, nuts, rubber insertion and testing of joints etc.,complete - 100mm diameter pipe

Providing flanged joints to double flanged C.I./D.I. pipes and specials including necessary bolts, nuts, rubber insertion and testing of joints etc.,complete - 150mm diameter pipe.

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valve (PN 1.6) (with cap) conforming to IS 14846 and ISI marked, with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc.,complete (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) - 100 mm dia.

Providing and fixing C.I. swing type single door Foot valve (PN 1) conforming to IS 4038 and ISI marked, with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc.,complete (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) - 150mm dia.

Providing and laying non standard Cast Iron Double flanged pipes suitable for flanged joints in good condition including transportation of C.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at Puducherry, lowering to the trenches(or fixing in over head tanks above ground level) laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc.,complete (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber insertion will be paid separately) -80 to 200mm dia.

Providing and laying in position flanged C.I. specials such as tees, bends, collors, tapers, caps etc.conforming to IS specification 1538 and ISI marked - 80 to 200mm dia.
